I was very impressed by the respect ( Marion Flight Centre SA)
I was very impressed by the patience, genuine kindnness ( and i can tell the difference) of a staff member at Marion Flight Centre, yesterday. I am not even 65 and i already encounter patronising people in customer service who talk to me like i am an idiot. Kay Rico was absolutely respectful and kind to me. This is not always the case as we get older and young people roll their eyes and get annoyed. Her warmth really shines through and she is an asset to the store. I hope this feedback gets passed on to the correct store please.

Flight Centre are only interested in your Money
Flight Centre are only interested in money and their profits. They make a Business Class flight booking accidentally and then put all blame on the customer. Avoid Flight Centre Marion at all cost. Worst experience I have had. Customer Service was horrible.
