Staff did not get back to us with anything not even how we were progressing with an itinerary. Emails were met with no response. Another visit to store we saw another team member who was going to see why no replies. Still nothing.
We are still waiting for anything. I am going to store again today to see why. Thought this was why we went to travel agents to help us plan & book a holiday guess not!!!!

It was just so easy! Walk in, chat, and book. Done!

Bought travel insurance and cancelled 4 days later well within the cooling off period. Still waiting for a refund 7 weeks later. Been chasing it up the whole time and then today the person I spoke to hung up on me. Extremely poor service. Would never recommend or use them again.

We went to Flight Centre Morayfield Qld , We’ll we could have not have found a Better Travel Consultant than Samara Caldwell in that Office in Planning of our Overseas Trip to South Africa, Kenya, and Dubai. Starting this Friday 15th August 2025 , Booking our Hotels an 12 Day South Africa Tour with A.P. T Tours. Extra Hotels, Tours that Samara Recommended. Her Personality Friendliest was AMAZING and Keeping us Updated on Progress of our Trip To was Outstanding nothing was a Trouble to Samara, and if we did have any Questions Samara could answer them straight away or find out for us. We've booked with Flight Centre Morayfield twice now and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Craig and the team are prompt, professional, helpful, and clearly experienced. From start to finish, they were customer-focused and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Their service has been exceptional, and we would heartily recommend them to anyone planning to travel.

The Travel Agent went out of her way to find and book the holiday we wanted. She also recommended a cheaper week that was only 2 weeks before the week we asked for. This was greatly appreciated. We took up a lot of her time but she never showed any frustration or that anything was a problem. We like going to Flight Centre to book holidays and cruises.
