Fantastic customer service in an emergency

We had our flights cancelled due to Typhoon Ragasa and Hong Kong airport was closed down with only 12 hours before we were due to fly.
Had fantastic customer service with both James and Maddie. James rearranged our flights so we could still get to our destination on time.
This is when customer service really counts when you are stressed and need someone to go the extra mile to sort your tickets out. Very much appreciated will definitely be recommending them.
