Captains Pack was charged without asking.
The consultant was helpful to find flight options for me.
But upon booking, I received an incorrect itinerary.
Furthermore, I was automatically charged the Captains Pack without being asked. That's very annoying.

Sarah Price was superb, no issue was too great, gave her the requirements (for 2026), two days later all sorted to my complete satisfaction (three leg flight to, accommodation, three leg flight back). Sarah even provided assistance (documentation requirements') for a part of the holiday not booked through Flight Centre. Finally, her follow-up assistance, also of a very high level. Thanks heaps
