I always have some complications and tend to be indecisive. Sam's experience and patience is next level. I feel more secure travelling knowing Sam has organised it for me, and that she will be equally as effective and responsive if I need her while I'm travelling. Thanks Sam!

Outstanding customer service.
From our first meeting , Ms Ashley O'Brien at the Northbridge NSW branch impressed me. Her professional but friendly manner, her knowledge of travel and her willingness to look at multiple variations in our travel plans indicated a truely customer centred approach-an uncommon experience in today's world.
Unfortunately a few days before our planned departure ,my wife became unwell and could not travel.
Ash was as impressive in guiding me through the cancellation process as she was with the booking process.She did so with understanding kindness and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble to her.
Ash is an exemplar of providing excellent customer service and she is an outstanding ambassador for Flight Centre.

Lisa Chow is very efficient and obliging and was able to arrange my bookings and point redemption very quickly.

Got me the best deal fast
Went to Flight Centre Northbridge after researching international long haul flights online. They quickly came up with the best deal on a tier 1 airline with optimal times/routes. Very happy with the fast and efficient service from Ellise. Tickets issued after paying by EFT so no credit card fees another bonus 👍

Excellent customer service
Ellise was a delight to work with on my travel needs, even coping with a Singapore Airways system that would not let us book seats when they were avaiable.
