At first the customer service was really good. But one of the agents booked the wrong flight, sending me to a different airport and adding 5 hours onto my journey.
The only thing they did to help was refund me $18 for a bus ticket, after emailing them the receipt I got told it could be 11 days before my refund is processed.

Prior to confirming a booking, each customer is required to check their invoice, confirming their details, names and travel arrangements are all correct before any payment is taken or booking made. We can understand your frustrations, we do work to ensure all information is made clear prior to booking.
With these refunds, this timeframe has been extended by most suppliers due to the increased workload across the industry.
