I cannot speak more highly of the Flight Centre staff at Sylvania, in particular Jane Prosser who assists me with my travel plans.
She goes out of her way to assist me whatever my needs . Her kindness in all aspects of her work is a gift and I am always grateful for her thoughtfulness.
Her support with my travel arrangements , especially my allergies, means more than she will ever know.
I cannot speak more highly of the Flight Centre staff at Sylvania.

Lisa Eisermann-Bhatia from Flight Center at Southgate was amazing. What could have turned out to be a very horrible holiday due to the cancellation of our river cruise whilst we had already begun our holiday turned out wonderful due to Lisa’s dedication in solving our problems by transferring us to a new cruise in a different country. She went above and beyond for us and we gratefully appreciate it.

Julia was Amazing
Julia was amazing, she went above and beyond. I even booked another holiday while I was there as it was just all so easy. It took hours to sort the complex itinaries, and I even went and had some lunch for a break, but in the end we got there. All is sorted for myself and my son who has complex needs to have the time of our lives. Thank you Julia at Sylvania.
