The representative was friendly and helpful. Fortunately we had done our own research before attending the office as the representative was unaware of some of the travel options we had identified - and did not look for them until we raised the question. For instance, we had identified that Cathay Pacific had premium economy seats ex-Brisbane, but the representative initially told us the airline did not offer those seats. Make sure you have done your research.
