I am only giving Flight Centre at The Junction 2 stars as Jen was able to salvage some of my extended family holiday. I was dealing for a month trying to book a holiday thru Ryan at FC The Junction to Fiji taking my children and grandchildren. Ryan B is totally incompetent and did not respond to my emails or proceed to make my booking when asked. Subsequently my $21k+ holiday became more expensive. I lost a lot of the package benefits initially offered and my Qantas flights no longer available at quoted cost had to become Jetstar all at a greater cost nearly $24k. If you use Flight Centre at The Junction be sure to get anyone but Ryan if you want a seamless experience.

The young lady, Katie Holmes, that I dealt with was amazing, extremely helpful and professional. She made the whole process so easy as well as making it very exciting and fun. It was just a lovely relaxing feeling knowing that Katie was so in control of everything that she is doing for us and that she assured us that she will take care of all the necessary requirements that will need to be addressed before we go. It is a lovely feeling of confidence, as we have been scarred before by other companies, this is a breath of fresh air. I cannot speak any more highly of the service that we received from Katie.

Ryan at Flight Centre is the best - he is organised, thorough, efficient, has a tonne of experience, listens to what I want, is generous with his time despite being extremely busy, saves me heaps of time finding the right flights and itineraries and I wouldn't book a trip with anyone else. All the staff at the Junction are great.
