Excellent Travel Agent
We walked into our local store and received excellent service from Rebecca Frith.
Rebecca was able to secure the best flight deal for us which the internet booking system couldn't do and she completed the flight booking for us that night.
In addition, Rebecca helped us getting the travel insurance done!

Riki-lee Sampson from the Willows (Townsville) branch has advised, planned and booked our last two overseas holidays and is in the process of booking our NZ holiday in 2026. Riki is extremely knowledgeable, and draws on her vast experience to provide her clients with well researched options. Her "bubbley" personality puts her clients immediately at ease, which makes what can sometimes be an arduous experience, a pleasure. Highly recommend Riki and the staff at the Willows.

Not for flight centre but for Nadine Blanco
We have had difficulty with a cruise booking which was resolved by Nadine we had issues last year however this was sorted out by Nadine Blanco also. We have again used flight centre willows and this time Nadine was the one that took and arranged our booking. She is amazing her knowledge and professionalism was second to none. Her demeanor is vibrant and happy and she made this time simple and she got back to us with additions and details immediatly. She has renewed our faith in willows flight centre. If all the ladies around the company can take a leaf out of Nadine's book the company would do very well. Her ability to find results when things go wrong was outstanding. Her ability to make a very large booking was effortless or she made it look that way while talking about her holidaying adventures enticing us into other holidays. If this is her technique for up selling or on selling it worked. This review is not about the business it is about Nadine and she deserves extra stars five is not enough. She has renewed our faith in people caring about their work and their customer. She had no idea how important this was to us.
