WORD TO THE WISE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH FLIGHT CENTRE WETHERHILL PARK THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY WITH NO HELP AT ALL.

Booked a trip to Bali through these guys and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only were we told by a previous agent (at flight centre) to book lalasa villas in Bali the team at wetherhill park agreed to book it because they get such a good deal I paid nearly 7k for a trip to Bali 3k almost for room and 4K for flights for 2 people ridiculous but I wanted to do it with someone else managing it for me. Since booking and paying I’ve received absolutely no help in anything in regards to my holiday stuck here in Bali in a villa that has no hot water and a rat infestation one they will refuse to acknowledge until you show recorded proof because they’ve already taken my money my word apparently means nothing. Not only that but the manager Jane when speaking to her and asking her to reprimand her staff for lying and stating that they will help with organising visas then told you no sorry can’t help has also been recorded saying to me well what do u want me to do about it I’m not trained to reprimand my staff (also recorded) they are a nightmare to deal with I can go into full detail but I’ll leave that for TikTok once I post the full video of my interactions and emails with the staff at flight centre and calls that have been recorded.

We arrived at Wetherill Park Flight Centre unannounced and was immediately welcomed by Linda and because of some changes to their system and under pressure she floated like a swan getting our trip organised and booked …. Very relieved and pleased with all her hard work and would definitely like to thank Linda and the process
