We recently travelled overseas with our kids and Katy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She organised our entire trip and accounted for travelling with children, which made everything so much easier and more comfortable for our family. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free, and we felt really well looked after. Highly recommend Katy and Flight Centre — we’ll definitely be using them again.

Flight Centre Yeppoon - Erin is Fabulous
Erin has helped us out with two trips recently. On the first occasion, she helped us sort out a few difficult situations which were caused by another travel agent, and our current itinerary she spent quite a deal of time working out the best travel solutions for us. Each time we speak with Erin, she has been very helpful and knowledgeable; she listens to what we want, and discusses all our options before letting us make a decision. Erin's customer service is exceptional.
