Very satisfied with my experience
Very satisfied with my experience. I was well informed and had my flight tickets delivered as promised within 24h. They couldn't assign seats, so they refunded me the paid fee for the seats.

Everything went great, very smooth. I was a bit stressed waiting for the booking to actually occur. The 24hour window before we knew… which was actually more like 16hrs. For everything to confirm we were booked, and then 24hrs for the actual confirmation and seats etc to come through. Would do again knowing how it all works. Saved $$$

no confirmation with in 24 hours....
I booked about 24 hours ago and got sofar only 1 respond asking about frequent flyer membership. We plan to flight in 2 1/2 days and it is cutting it close. I hope we did not get scammed with this. clearer communication concerning the status of the booking from there side would help.
