The way how I was approached by your employees, using my signature (and sending me the next day a contract, "conform cu originalul") without briefing me about the terms and conditions of the contract.
Totally unprofessional both the approach and the further process.

Shocking and deeply disappointing experience.
I filed my claim in August 2025. In October 2025 I was informed that I had “lost the court case.” However, I was never provided with a case number, court name, copy of a judgment, or any official document proving that such a case even existed.
Since February 2026, I have repeatedly requested written proof of this alleged court decision. My emails are now being ignored.

Being told that you “lost a case” without any documentary evidence, followed by complete silence when you ask for proof, raises very serious concerns about transparency and honesty.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to demand full documentation at every step.

Assistance

I still don't know the result of my case but it was all very intuitive, you should add the info about the fee that we have to pay if the case succeed.
