Totally scam company

Totally scam company. Trades as thebestticketfare and charges on account as Raz*globaltravelpod. They advertise promotional tickets and then come up with various excuses to take more money from customers (on excuse of: no checked baggage, one way of the journey not confirmed, airlines not confirming at the advertised price, airline site offers higher price so we shouldn’t consider the price they advertised, offer other flights at higher price, cancellation fee, unable to refund and even advise to travel via Middle East currently with reasoning that there is no travel restriction or government advise). This is the experience of almost all customers and I have reported them to the consumer act bureau as have others before me. They have caused a lot of harassment and stress to loads of customers. I regret not having checked their review prior to booking. Martin/Mark probably same person that I spoke to from their reservation/customer service team. They refuse to provide any of the communication and reason for extra charge boss email claiming that is not their modality of business. They only provide the booking reference (and not even flight confirmation details) via email. Basically they do not leave written proof of demand for additional payment. If you email them that also fails. In short: terrible experience and fraud company!

SCAM DO NOT TRUST

Biggest Fraud and Scam agency - do not trust! I booked 2x tickets on their Australian website they will send you a reservation number that is registered with the airline but fake ticket numbers as they have not paid for the tickets. I called numerous times and they said they have already paid for the tickets but takes 48-72 hrs for the digital system to be updated by the airlines. All bunch of lies and they promised if the tickets are not sent they will issue me a full refund and now I try to contact them and they do not pick up.

They also trade under a different merchant name in Australia - Flight Master Dubai. If you get this on your transaction flag it ASAP.

Had to pay double

The pricing on their website including when I booked and they took the money was completely wrong. There were no tickets left at that price and to book my flights I had to pay double what the website originally showed.
Mark and Rebecca were very helpful in getting the situation sorted though.
The final price wasn't that bad but being quoted one price and paying only to be called a day later and asked to pay the same amount again is not a good experience.

Price changed after payment and misleading booking explanation

I paid £1358 for flights and was later told that the airline had not confirmed the tickets at the original price and that I needed to pay an additional £1379. I was also informed that my 15-year-old child would be treated as an adult, which contradicts the airline’s official policy.
The sudden price increase after payment and the pressure to make a quick decision created a very stressful experience. Communication was unclear and lacked transparency.
Although the tickets were eventually issued, the overall process felt misleading. I would strongly recommend that customers verify fare rules and booking confirmation directly with the airline before using this agency.

These are scammers

These are scammers, based in India, with a UK business address and call centre.
They will take your booking, even send you a booking confirmation and then email you the next day asking you to call them to “confirm” your booking.
At this point they’ll either tell you that only half your flights are confirmed and you’ll have to wait until 24/48hrs before departure to either have the return confirmed or not. Which is not viable.
When you request to cancel/get a refund they will tell you they can’t refund you in full because they’ve confirmed part of the booking. When you request proof of that booking with the airline they won’t be able to provide it.
They will also try to offer you alternative alternative flights to stop you cancelling the booking which will be totally impractical. In our case we were offered an alternative through Swiss Air, we repeatedly asks for the journey duration as it was a one stop as opposed to the original direct flight we’d booked. They kept just confirming the dates of departure/arrival, clearly being evasive. When they finally advised it was just under 26hrs AND they wanted more money?!
When they finally accept you are cancelling because they’ve confirmed part are not delivering the service they confirmed they’ll then tell you they can’t transfer calls, highly unlikely, and the refund department will call you back. Which they then don’t do.
Staff begin seemingly polite and helpful and become increasingly aggressive and rude. When we said plainly we felt they were scammers they initially denied it, but after repeating it several times, we were told very calmly that yes “it is a scam”.
I have approached First Dir t who are raising a payment dispute and other family members who also booked are doing the same with Nat West. I have also contacted Virgin Atlantic to make them aware and ask for confirmation on their side of whether any booking had ever been made with them. We strongly suspect it hasn’t.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This has cost us as a family £8000 and we now face a battle to get our money back. This was a family trip to return home to SA for the first time in several years that we have saved very hard to pay for and the depth of upset this has caused is immeasurable.

DO NOT BOOK. Flights are not guaranteed buy they've just taken £1900 anx called to say the flights can't be confirmed

DO NOT BOOk . They have taken £1900, advised flights were secured before booking . Got a phone call day after payment saying we cant get you those flights but can you pay over £1000 more for different flights!. I obviously said no and they are refusing to refund all my money despite not having flights. Stating they need to keep £400. Just spent the last hour on the phone to my bank and onto police next as this is FRAUD. They are based in India, been advised by my bank. FRAUD . Its A SCAM. Im devastated that i spent so long searching for what i thought were good flights which were not REAL, and currently trying my very best to get my money back. The guy is refusing to refund money , its atrocious

I am so disappointed with their…

I am so disappointed with their service. They are not transparent, they show very promising in the beginning I was told by the agent that there’s no self transfer and I got pleased as the flight he emailed me was very promising. I was asked to give good feedback and I did but after that I received no help and don’t find this agency reliable.
The next day when I messaged I was told they were promotional prices. On Jetcost it mentions that the flights includes luggage’s but the agents says they are not included. They give miss match of information. I feel honesty is very important and I don’t find them honest. Then I was told only flights available were to one of 3800 and that’s not true.

Please be honest with customers, it is okay to excel in business but through honesty and transparency.
