Highly competitive prices and great service
I booked my flight to Montreal through Flightstravel because it was way cheaper than any other option. That was obviously the most important consideration but the service was super-good on top of that. I dealt with Nick Johnson who is absolutely delightful.
I don't know how Flightstravel get the cheapest deals but they are always worth checking out.

Trans-Atlantic flights for work…
Booked trans-Atlantic flights for work through FlightsTravel as they offered by far the most competitive price. It turned out that the price they quoted was no longer available and so they called to ask me to pay an additional amount to book the same flight. Nick Johnson was very helpful in working to resolve this and was incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with. Ultimately FlightsTravel were able to book me onto the original flight at the original price, so I am a happy customer. Just be aware that the price quoted may not be the final price as they are an intermediary.

BUYER BEWARE
First time using this company... Purchased two tickets leaving LHR going to the states departing at 1300 and arriving at 2055 with one layover in BOS for 3,950.98 pounds. I received a call stating that flight was not available and they can put us on a different flight leaving at 1355 with a layover in JFK and arriving at 2200. We were fine with that except if I would have originally purchased that flight online it would have only cost us 2,720.78 pounds. I requested the refund in the price difference and was told NO!

We are writing to address the concerns raised regarding your recent purchase of flights from LHR to the States. Firstly, I express my sincere apologies for the disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced during this process.
Upon further investigating the matter we would like to clarify that the flights were originally booked at the 11th hour i.e. a couple of hours before the departure. Since it was a very urgent travel and despite our best efforts, the airline could not confirm the booking as by the time it is issued, the boarding gates could be closed and you might end up losing all your money. At this point, we straight away called you and discussed in full detail the alternative flight options and we also offered you the full refund. I understand that you guys were at the airport and instead of accepting the full refund, you were quite happy to accept the next available flight option which was an hour later (LHR - JFK - States). We also clarified with you over the call that the picked option was 3920.78£ and you don't need any more money. We have also sent you the screenshot of the latest fare of 3920.78£ via WhatsApp as well. The fare you were talking about of 2720.78£ was an old fare and if you have tried to make the booking on 2720.78£ fare, the booking couldn't be successful.
I understand that this situation may have been frustrating, and I want to assure you that we always strive to provide the best possible solutions and the best post-sale service to our customers.
Since your review, I called you on your mobile a few times without success. I have also sent you a WhatsApp message to understand more about your experience with us during your last purchase and your review on Trustpilot, but unfortunately, we have not received any response from you.
Furthermore, We take our customers' feedback very seriously. I will personally review the call recording and escalate it to our senior department for further investigation. Please be assured that we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our customers, and we will take appropriate action to improve it further.

Simon is AMAZING. Not only was he so helpful via text he made sure he communicated clearly regarding my ticket. There was some sort of price mishap between the airline and flightstravel and he informed me right away about the problem-- and then he kept me informed every step of the process via text because I was busy gallivanting through a museum. I booked tickets through this company but issuance of the tickets took a couple of days. During that period PNR code was changing and it was quite confusing hence I had to reach out company’s assistant to get the clue.
