Let me save you some pain: don’t bother with Fliki. I signed up for their Premium plan thinking I’d be able to make a simple 30-minute video, like they clearly advertised. Spoiler: you can’t.

Turns out, their magical “Idea to Video” feature only does 15 minutes — and you’re expected to Frankenstein together more scenes by hand to stretch it out. Because apparently “Premium” now means “do-it-yourself with duct tape and prayer.”

So I reach out, ask for a refund, explain the situation — thinking, cool, maybe they’ll own their mistake and fix it. Nope. Instead, I get buried in slow, robotic replies explaining “scene limits” and “newline breaks” and other useless tech babble. Meanwhile, my time is being wasted and my problem’s still not solved.

And here's the cherry on top: their credit system makes zero damn sense. A 40-second video eats 3 minutes of your credits. How? Why? Math? Voodoo? Who knows. I’ve seen slot machines with more transparency.

At this point, I’ve spent 2 full days trying to get a simple refund — and all I’ve got in return is canned replies and a headache.

Fliki sold me on a smooth, powerful tool. What I got was a clunky system, misleading promises, and support slower than a sloth on dial-up. I’m out money, time, and trust.

Avoid them. Seriously. Unless you enjoy burning hours of your life fighting for a refund for a product that doesn't do what it says.

The company is a major scam holding credits for videos that are broken and contains errors. I have contacted support witch almost never exist and each time they give me the same answer: We can give you 20 credits as a goodwill. When you lose 297 credits in one day it is not fair to treat customers like this. Keep away from this kind of service is my opinion.

I used Fliki for the first time and found the platform to be generally user-friendly, especially after becoming familiar with its interface and various tools. However, I encountered technical issues: the playback of sounds and voices did not work properly.

Constant Copyright issues despite expensive premium account!! Your videos get constantly flagged and demonetized on youtube!!!
Secondly, their invoicing system is totally bonkers: They charge sometimes 8 minutes to make 41 seconds of video without any editing. Customer service is literaly non existant - you get standardized AI responses an no help at all! Never again!

I used fliki for a month after which i decided to cancel coz its not for me, only to find out its practically impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no option on the site to do it and they tell you to email them to cancel your subscription. I emailed them and sent back a message saying it was done only for them to charge me again the following month. I contacted them again only for them to redirect me to the site knowing damn well there is no option to unsubscribe. Now i'm stuck. Please help and stay the hell away from fliki.ai. horrible scammers
