The worst contact service. Their response rate is very slow. The person responding does not really understand the situation. Also, in their description it is not mentioned that their controllers are rated for phase current and not battery current. They are reluctant to accept their mistake and provide a refund. Very bad experience with them.

Question:- Clarify the correct wiring of a Flypsky 75100 v2 using a TFT i find the reply below as totally useless.

Answer ?:- screenhe V2.0 version is sent out with firmware 5.2 instead of new firmware. If firmwar 5.2, then please ignore the step of turning off phase filter. Thanks.
The esc 75100 / 75200 series are based on the opening source firmware 75_300_R2, which we have flashed firmware 5.2 before sending out. We suggest using this firmware as new firmwares are easy to damage the esc. Also, please remember to turn off the phase filter as this version (except for pro V2.0 latest version) doesn't built with phase filter. Thanks.

a) Please do not insert the remote receiver when do motor FOC settings to avoid signal influence. Download the related driver for your pc software for vesc_tool and esc recognition.
b) This FSESC75100 V2.0 is built without phase filter. Please turn off the phase filter when use new firmwares like 5.3, 6.00 or 6.02 etc.
c) Please confirm your battery voltage, if over the default voltage max 72V, please do firmware upgrade and choose the no limit.

2. Please do input setup for PPM or ADC mode after finishing the motor FOC settings in vesc_tool. If using the UART mode, then no need to do settings in vesc_tool
a) If using remote, turn on the remote and enter into pairing mode until the screen blinking, and then insert the receiver to do pairing. Please do not plug the receiver before entering into the pairing mode.
b) Please check the vesc_tool APP to Use "PPM" or "UART" and control type "Current"
c) Please do input setup throttle calibration in vesc_tool for PPM or ADC control. ADC1=throttle, GND, 3.3v, ADC2=brake. Remote setting tips FYI. Thanks.

63100 motor is very good, I love it. And VX4 remote is the one I use the most.

Delivery was fast. It would be better if the product usage tutorial is more detailed.

Previously had good experiences, but their Courier (Evri) failed to deliver an ESC 4 months ago and they have refused to reimburse me despite clear evidence that Evri failed to deliver (they sent a photo of an ASOS package outside someone elses house). They are now ignoring my emails. I am upset as i would like to continue buying from them but I cannot trust them and will have to accept that they will not return my £130. Sadly I have to advise to avoid this company.

Ordered an atb set and got second thoughts about compatibility. Customer service provided me with dimensions and helped a lot.
Don't know how good the product is yet, but if it's even half decent, it's fully worth the price!

Colossal shipping times ... I paid for an express shipment after almost 20 days I still have not received the item and with the tracking they have provided me, it is 5 days that does not update ...

I bought a dual vesc from them. I have had a terrible experience. It failed the first day. I did many videos and photos of the product yet their engineers couldn't see the failure. Any 4 years old kid could tell the product was faulty but not an engineer... They ended up offering a replacement after a long long time...and guess what: They shipped to another guy in another country or they shipped nothing and just lied to me. Even if that was their fault again they refused to send me another vesc. Their customer service is the worst between the worst and their products are very low quality.
The only thing they care about is a paypal claim so do not use credit card at their site, i warn you.
I swear i will never ever buy a single bolt from them.
