Blocking access to cancel membership?

Four days ago I requested a link to a new password, so I can cancel my membership. Although flipsu.dk tell me they have sent me a mail with a link I have not recieved any. Tried again today. Nothing! Unknowingly having paid membership fee since 03.2020. How about mailing inactive costumers a notice. Do you want to canel your membership since there has been no activity for 3 or 6 months. Are they scammers ?

Expired and fake?

Ordered a perfume that did not smell as its supposed to. Have had many before, this one was just different. Could not send it back. Lost 500 dkk, for what might even have been fake? (Smells different person by person was the reply. I am still the same person. The perfume is different!) after that I got no reply anymore. Also ordered two bags of spelt pops. What brought me to their webshop in the first place. They were both passed date and can be thrown out, they were stale. Full-on waste of a lot of money! Makes that I will never ever order there again.

Really bad customr service

Really bad customr service. I ordered and did not get enough, missing some items. Contacted support team, not get enough support and information. No more shopping here

Be careful

Be careful! when you purchase something from them, you automatically subscribe for a 89kr per month subscription.
I found out just today after more than a year.

I purchased 30 kr deodorants and ended up paying more than 1000kr.

I will make sure all the people I know find out about this.
