Everything was perfect - products and delivery

Everything was fast and good.
But when I received my Eau de Parfum, the seal of the product package was open.
I thought probably it's a fake! But apparently, it wasn't.
I would appreciate it if you could make sure that the product package is sealed when you want to put it in the post packaging.

I feel that Flipsu does not act in good faith. I, unfortunately purchased a very small item and neglected to read what I was signing up for. MY MISTAKE!! When I wrote asking Flipsu why they charged me twice for the same item, they wrote me back that I subscribed to a membership and that they now unsubscribed me. I then wrote back asking, what I actually received by being a member. They never responded to my question. They just informed me that they wouldn't be able to refund me. Like I stated my mistake for not reading the details. What I don't like is that I ended up being a member for 5 months, which during this time, I never received an email stating I was a member. An email such as welcome to Flipsu..As a member.... If Flipsu acted in good faith and believed in their membership concept, they would explain to me the benefits of being a member and in fact, try to keep me as a member. I feel this is a scheme!!! I can only imagine how much money they are making off of people like me or people that forget to unsubscribe.I have learned a good lesson here, READ the details.

Fantastic shop. However, it would be nice for the owner to choose a pick up spot for their orders. Where I had to pick up my soap was far compared to the nearest GLS shop. I would rather pay extra for it delivered up to my door.
