sent window key but microsoft would not accept for activation

The price is reasonable and I received the activation code within a day. Ao far, MS Office is working as stated (3 weeks since installation).
Will probably buy again for the next computer.

I am not sure what causes the problem but Microsoft says they don't recognize the code but you always get me connected. I had to try several times to get the code and a charge was made to my credit card each time. I had to work with my credit card company to get the charges removed.

I paid my money for Microsoft Windows 10 but never received instructions on how to download or install.

They sent me a volume license instead of a retail license. There website says the license is one time use and is only good for one machine, which isn't correct, because it's a volume license.
So their lying on their website about the license. When I asked them to send me a retail key instead of a volume key, they asked for the error I was getting.
I told them I can't use a volume license and be able to login to the office suite with MY Microsoft account, because the volume license is registered with their account that they purchased it with.
I then asked again for them to send me a retail key like their website described or else send me a refund which they guarantee on their website. They also say that they have 24/7 support which is not true. The only communication that works is email. Phone calls and telegram messages either don't work or go unanswered. And when they responded by email it was only once per day. So if you immediately responded as soon as I sent it, they would not reply again until the following day. When I told them to send me the retail key or refund me my money they stopped communicating all together. I've since had to initiate a charge back.

It took 2 days to get the email with the software.

I couldn't download the program because my Microsoft 365 wouldn't allow me to do it. I had to go with LibreOffice which doesn't beat excel but I have no choice.

I would like my money return since I didn't use your software.

I bought a couple software licenses both worked after reaching out to support. One issue was my fault in that I did!'t read the details. Besides that the support people were very helpful and got the issues resolved quickly. The only issue I had was the time difference. So if you need something immediately and live in the US you may have to wait until the next day.

I lost my job and just needed an inexpensive copy of Word. They made it easy, even when I thought my new-to-me Windows machine was not allowing the install. Fast, easy help was provided!

I was looking for a Microsoft Office for my newly bought laptop. I came across Flexieasy at a very unexpected price for Microsoft Office 2024. I had doubt and thought this might be a scam but after going over the reviews, I thought to give it a shot. Flexieasy gave me 15% additional discount on registering email with them. I paid the price after discount which was very very reasonable in the competitive market.
I got a link immediately through my email. I downloaded the Microsoft Office within a couple of minutes. Per the directions in email I opened the Microsoft Word to activate the software. Everything went well and I looked at templates couple of minutes before a window popped up on my screen with a message to activate the Microsoft Office otherwise I will lose my access to it. I wrote email to Flexieasy. I got reply promptly with step by step instructions. I performed the steps and sent them a screenshot of the window which was popped up on my screen. Flexieasy Customer Service sent me a code which was pretty very long but this worked well and activated the software.
This was a very nice experience with Flexieasy customer service. They were very honest and prompt to resolve the issue. I would recommend Flexieasy for software needs and I will consider them again if need any software in future. Great job Flexieasy!!! Keep it up!! 👏👏

I had a problem activating Microsoft Office 2013. I emailed Flixeasy for support. They emailed a new code and everything worked perfectly. It's very rare these days to get a quick response and get an issue resolved painlessly. Flixeasy is the exception, their support is excellent.

Purchased (2) Windows 11 Pro upgrades for office computers. Got them immediately. One key worked, the second key did not work. After emailing back and forth and trying (2) more keys, we got both upgrades working. Outstanding customer support. Was easy to work with. Would buy from again knowing that I will fully be taken care of promptly. Sometimes digital keys just don't work ( seems like it happens just about every time I upgrade with different vendors). Would purchase from again.
