I’ve been using Flodesk for over 5 years and it’s been something that's grown right alongside me and my businesses. I’ve run multiple businesses and as my launches, promos, and offerings have changed, Flodesk has kept up so I never have to rebuild my systems from scratch which is HUGE. It’s been one of the few consistent systems I’ve had over my 10 years of being an entrepreneur and it has adjusted with me in all the the changes and pivots.

The design templates are my favorite (and what drew me to Flodesk all those years back) because they’re absolutely stunning. They’re super clean and modern, and I can drop in my brand fonts and colors, add countdown timers or polls, and everything looks clean and polished without spending a ton of time on creating. It makes staying connected with my audience and has helped build trust for my brand and each business.

The automation is suuuper simple to set up so even if you’re not a tech person it’s manageable. There is a resend feature that sends to unopens which has helped boost my engagement and open rates. It It also integrates with other tools I already use like Canva, Shopify, and Honeybook so it makes things even easier.

I keep recommending Flodesk because it’s been so consistent and works the way entrepreneurs actually work. It has saved me sooo much time and helps me engage my audience, and it actually helps keep my business organized. I always tell people if you want an email tool that just works and grows with you, Flodesk is definitely it.

I've been a Flodesk user since way back in their beta phase in 2018, and I've absolutely loved the platform over the years (and especially what it has grown into!)

Beyond the incredible team who genuinely supports their community and listens to what we need, one of the first things I've always loved about Flodesk even as they've grown is the emphasis on design. I've played around with other email marketing softwares just so I stay on top of things, and it always just makes me fall more in love with how pretty and on brand I can make my Flodesk emails.

My absolute favorite feature is the workflows and they've even made some huge updates to these lately that are amazing! I love being able to have some sort of consistency even when I'm not totally present, and the workflows make that so easy. I'm able to create segments and sequences, do some A/B testing, and have different triggers that all lead into the same workflow. It's so simple for staying connected with my audience and having them really become part of the community as soon as they join my email list without any heavy lifting from me. Plus it's so easy to set up even if you're not super tech-y.

The price, the support, the ease of use, etc... I could go on and on, but it truly is just an all-around great platform and team. If you're a small business, building a community, or building a personal brand, it's my most-recommended tool.

Flodesk is hands down my favorite email marketing tool as a creative and small business owner! I've been a user since the beginning and I can attest it is a tool that gets better with age.
