Customer service does not respond. I submitted a return request and have not received a response 10 days later. I submitted an e-mail inquiry and they ask for up to 48 hours for a response and I've yet to receive a response 72 hours later. Terrible service, would not recommend buying from them directly.

Low quality color changed fast.
After only one week my white case become darker and with yellow dots.

The quality of this screen protector is great. The effort put into the install application was way better than any other product I’ve used. This is the last screen protector I’ll buy.

At first, I was really doubting it will be any different from 10-20$ glass protector but honestly, I am amazed... Because of anti-reflective properties you get much higher clarity and contrast so it's total GAMECHANGER to use even in home at daytime. Definitely gonna buy again and recommend it to all my friends. Also saw there's limited lifetime warranty after regustering product, I'll check if it works if my protector ever gonna get damaged, although on their site it looks pretty legit.

10 days ago I ordered a screen protector at a premium price.
9 days ago I got notice that it was ready to be picked up for shipping.
4 days ago the status had not changed, so I emailed them. They said it was in the works and shipping would most likely be updated that day.
2 days ago I responded to their message. No response from them.
1 day ago I responded to their email twice and called. Again no response from them.

Today I sent a new message through their website and got mostly the same message as their only other response, plus excuses about a storm affecting shipping on the east coast. This makes no sense, because USPS is still awaiting the package from Flolab in California, not the east coast. There are no west coast storms happening, and the only major east coast storm is just beginning to hit Florida.

10 days after the order it still hasn't been shipped? And they haven't even looked into this? I am shocked that in 2024 a company with what seems like a good reputation can repeatedly treat a customer this way.

UPDATE 5 October (20 days after ordering): yesterday I asked for a refund because I still don't have their product and they have communicated very poorly about it. They ignored my message, and instead, today I got a shipping confirmation that it is just now being shipped... from China. Unbelievable.

Easy installment, good quality, and inconspicuous with the phone's screen

The installation of the screen protector was absolutely amazing and the anti glare coating is amazing.

I recently ordered a screen protector and lens protectors for my S24 Ultra. The shipping was quick and the package arrived in an acceptable condition. The protectors were very easy to apply and feel and look great (reflection handling is really good for a glass screen protector and so is the oleophobic coating). Sadly, the backup screen protector arrived with a crack in it but after contacting customer support this was resolved quickly and they have already shipped out a replacement free of charge. All in all a great experience and a whole-hearted recommendation from me!

The applying thingy itself is flawless and foolproof, if u follow they yt vid and applied tempered glass before it wont be an issue. The glass itself is nice, but i found a scratch on mine that i think i didnt make. Finger stains are visible, and the delivery time is a bit long, if ur planning to apply on new phone, buy it around 2 weeks before phone. Also add the product to cart, and wait for few days/weeks, u will get -20/-25% disconut code if u sign for newsletter.

Customer service is really helpful. The only thing I would change though is make the process a little bit easier to install and reduce the plastic and simplify the installation process.

Amazing customer support. Initially, I had a problem with applying the discount for my 3rd screen protector under their lifetime warranty. I contacted flolab and they were able to fix everything very quickly. I’m impressed! Highly recommend their screen protectors!

I have purchased 4 screen protectors from this company and a case. The two screen protectors have been working great the other two also worked great but unfortunately there was dust underneath the protector. This company is so good they actually just charged me shipping and sent me a brand new one at no charge. I am Customer for life and I’m going to recommend them to everyone. I’ve never had a screen protector this good in my life. I’ve used every brand you can think of even the MagicJohn TikTok special, Spigen, bodyguards, peel, and more but this is THE BEST!
