Would not use this company again
Took my measurements into the shop. Ordered flooring and fitting. On the day of fitting there wasn't enough to complete the room. Was told this was my fault and had to buy another pack of LVT to complete the floor. Communication from the branch was appalling.

when choosing a carpet for my home lounge, diner, stairs and landing, I specified with the salesman whatever he showed me had to not leave footprints,
guess what???? every day for a very long time I will have to live with footprints! carpet is top of the range so too expensive to remove very disappointed.

It’s completely normal to see footprints during the carpet’s initial settling period, which usually lasts around a week or two. However, I understand this can be frustrating if the issue continues.
After reviewing your order, I noticed that you chose not to purchase underlay from us. If the underlay used is particularly thick or spongy, this could be contributing to the visibility of footprints. A denser underlay typically provides more support and may help reduce this effect.
Replacing the underlay could be a more cost-effective solution compared to changing the entire carpet—especially since a similar issue may arise again if the same type of underlay is used.

Stair runner
Not good I have spent a lot of money with this company was promised a stair runner to be fitted but it never happened i had to do it myself .

Very good with the sales pitch but…
Very good with the sales pitch but delivery was an issue and the product hasn’t lived up to expectation. Not even two weeks in and staining started to appear from dog drool. Now need to spend money sorting it out and refinishing!

We always recommend regular maintenance and immediate cleaning of any spills or pet accidents to help protect the finish and keep your flooring looking its best.

The Manager was hopeless,
The Manager was hopeless,,gave us the wrong boxes then rang and said bring them back,gave wrong info on how much we could return if left over.Lied about it being end of range / get it now as its still available months after All the loading and reloading was hard work and no sorry just a laugh from him.
