I bought this for my washing machine. My washing machine is in my garage. Every year when it used to freeze in the garage I was unable to use the machine. I now have no more trouble with freezing pipes. Very well designed product. Would recommend this product to every one who has trouble with freezing pipes. Chris.

Fantastic !!! Have it in my bathroom and its a pure luxury

I have just bought my second lot of Heatpro underfloor heat mats. Early 2014 I did my kitchen/ Breakfast room, my installer was very impressed and said, "yes, these are the proper ones!"... Went down a treat, works great, going to do the utility now. Rang thew tech support as I had aquery about floor coverings; It was quick and easy to get through and I felt very confident about the advice, it sounded.... Sound! Thanks

I ordered a floor heating mat kit on line and received it within 3 days, well packaged and undamaged. One problem, I ordered the wrong size. I contacted floorheaters , ordered the correct size and sent the original purchase back. The replacement arrived in a similar time period to the first one and the refund for the mistakenly ordered kit was processed within 7 days. A pleasure to deal with such a professional outfit.

Not the first mat I have got from heatpro and won't be the last but sadly there was an issue with the programmer , but it was sent back and a new one sent out very quickly . The one issue I do have with the programmer is how it is mounted onto the back plate , it might be just me but its a pain to clip on to the metal back plate .

Ordered though eBay store, good updates and speedy delivery.
