No problem ordering and delivery was on time lady delivering was very nice but not very helpful. The lorry was too big to go through my gate so I could have done with help loading the pallet onto the flatbed of my buggy

The products were delivered on time
The products were delivered on time. The chap delivering them was cheerful and polite.
I had an issue where I didn't read the information saying the product would be delivered to the kerb side. I had my delivery to the only place I knew where someone would be, dad's retirement apartment's. They certainly couldn't lift the items and it wasn't fair on me expecting this. Flooring King made sure I was informed before the delivery so I could arrange to be there to collect them during a break at work.
I have just finished laying the floor and it looks great.

Delivery was hardwork
Easy to order. However once ordered and the delivery date chosen, a non working day for me,I had an email from the delivery company pushing the delivery back a day. So now I was working, but could work from home. On the morning the delivery driver called to say he couldn’t get his lorry close and could he get it delivered the next day. I sad no, as I would be working from the office. Driver said he could leave it at the gate. I said it would be raining and he suggested putting a tarpaulin over it. I asked where he was to try to resolve the issue and he told me he was near the m275. I don’t believe he even attempted to come down the road. I advised the driver that I had a service road at the back of my house. Sounded like the driver really didn’t want to come but when I said a bin truck cans reverse into the service road so he should
E able to. He came and left the pallet at my back gate while it was raining. Did not offer to help put it in my shed. Now I have two pallets in my garden as I could t unload quickly enough. I realise this may not be Floorking service but it was all part of the experience. Looking has been fine
