Very helpfull staff when I asked about what product to use to clean my limestone patio, was explained to me in detail and I was able to follow the instructions as they also e mailed me them.

Excellent products. I used the black spot remover and Indian sandstone sealer colour enhancer. The black spot remover cleaned my slabs up much better than I expected and was pretty simple to use following the instructions. The sealer brought all the colours out like they were new and like when they are wet. I called before my purchase and Graeme gave me advise on which products to use and the correct way to use them. I found his advise very helpfull.

After power washing my patio, black spots were left which couldn't be removed by the pressure washer.
After a little research it emerged that these were the spores of certain algae.
I bought Floorseal's Black Spot Remover on the evidence of various reviews but was still a little sceptical as to whether it was as good as reported. My fears were totally allayed after using it though. All the black spots have disappeared and my patio looks as good as new.
The product is very easy to use but I would recommend utilising a mask and gloves as the chlorine in the solution and its associated smell is quite strong.
To paraphrase another manufacturer it does exactly what is says on the website.

I purchased the Floorseal Sandstone Sealer and can say that I found the product to be excellent, it brought out all the natural colours and sealed what is a very porous stone. I spoke with Graeme at their office who was very helpful not only on the product but also the do's and don'ts regarding the application. I will be purchasing their products for our front drive laid to block paving.
