Haven't bought anything yet but emailed about a product and got some honest advice saying it wasnt suitable which is respectable, also recommended others which would be better. The email exchange was spot on and I appreciate the knowledgable and helpful responses I got from Graeme! Thanks!

The black spot remover did a fab job. I have used other products, which were much more expensive, that claim to do the same, but they failed miserably at the task. I was going to give up and just accept that black spot was something I couldn’t remove, but fortunately I was wrong. I will most certainly be using Floorseal bkackspot remover again.

Spoke to Graeme at Floorseal re the best sealer enhancer for some now internal feature Granite walls which were built originally around 1858. Graeme was very helpful and also gave me lots of advice re floor stone and tiles. Great guy knows his stuff and very helpful.

Good advice, quick service, thank you.

5l tin of Natural Stone Sealer wet look arrived within 4-5 days with approx 10 dents all over it and a small amount had leaked in the box. Not enough protection (bubble wrap etc) put around the container before it was sent in a small cardboard box.
Slightly concerning when the warning signs say flammable, harmful if inhaled, may cause Cancer and genetic defects.
Beware of the terrible packaging and couriers who played football with it!
Not used product yet, need to purchase a few more items for protection before applying.

Package arrived damaged and although the 4 X 5 litre containers were sealed I managed to get some of the liquid on my clothing and it has discoloured them.

Stone gobbled it up in no time. It's more of a satin finish than a wet look. I have had used better but only available in 5ltrs. Only need to do 3m2 5 coats later ok but not as good finish as other brands

I can’t understand the mixed reviews my Yorkshire stone patio was pitted with black Algi spots and has come up fantastic, I painted it on neat and everything just disappeared. Not cheap but given the results excellent value.

I had a problem due to extreme moisture as had also plastered walls. Graeme was very knowledgable and helpful.
