Does what it says. Fantastic stuff

Excellent product albeit a little expensive.

Bought this as it is supposed to remove black spot,after following instructions it removed most of them but only after several applications. It seemed to be a very expensive way of cleaning patio £41.99 for 5Lt.
It didn't say on the container what it was made up of but it had a smell of bleach so I assumed it must have sodium hypochlorite in it.
I then enquired at my local farming suppliers and they had a 20Lt container of sodium hypochlorite at a cost of £18.00!!! Guess what it worked just as well as the floorseal
and I have loads left !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forgot to add in response to floorseal comment, sodium hypochlorite is widely available for purchase and is 14/15% solution if it was dangerous it would NOT be for sale to the general public!!

Just seen comment from floorseal saying sodium hypochlorite is hazardous because it attacks organic life!! As far as I remember black spot, white spot, green algae and all lichens are all organic which is what we want to remove. This is taken from floorseal website "It provides fantastic results on all difficult to remove ORGANIC marks and stains." So floorseal is not hazardous even though it attacks organic life!!!! This also "DIRECTIONS OF USE
Use a suitable PPE – Safety mask, goggles and gloves" If you need to wear PPE it would be nice to know the hazardous nature of the product. We as the end user have no idea what the chemical is.

It gave a very good result and was straightforward to use

Works well. Heavy build up of black spot needed a second application. Deck brush also helped. Good job!

Extremely effective product and easy to use, but bleaches/kills grass adjacent to paving unless one is very careful/lucky.

Products are excellent. I have a stone floor which I previously sealed with Matt sealer and it looked very drab. I used Floorseal cleaner and then four coats of the satin finish sealer and it is beautiful. All the colour has come through and water just rolls off.
The only problem I had was with the central control of the courier as they didn’t deliver on the date they stated they would!
