Hi James,
As explained in our email communication, your order was unfortunately lost by our couriers and we have subsequently been forced to close due to an incident of COVID-19. This is an unfortunate series of events, but out of our hands on this occasion.
Your order was refunded yesterday morning and the funds will be returned to your PayPal account once they have finished processing. Ordinarily, this takes 2-3 days but PayPal advise that it can take up to 10 working days to complete. Unfortunately this delay is out of our hands, but we assure you that the refund has been processed properly at our end.
We again apologise for the inconvenience and ensure you that we are doing everything in our power to ensure this does not happen again.

As explained in our email communications with you, the product you ordered was dispatched on time and then lost by the courier. Unfortunately, that item had since gone out of stock and our warehouse had closed due to staff members needing to isolate due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At that point, a full refund was issued to you along with an apology.
We understand this experience was not ideal, but we are certainly not a scam and always endeavour to deliver the highest quality service to all our customers, which we achieve in the vast majority of cases. Your experience with us was a combination of events that were entirely out of our hands, including the courier loss and COVID-19 isolation.
