After ordering some samples from Floorstreet, Davinder got in touch and has been incredibly helpful in arranging my order. I’m still waiting on the exact measurements, but thanks to their current promotion I was able to place my order now and delay delivery until August when it’s due to be fitted. They also gave me the flexibility to amend the quantity and delivery date nearer the time if needed, which has been really reassuring. Great customer service so far – friendly, helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to the finished result!

Lovely quality flooring and excellent customer support. I had a few questions so raised a query via WhatsApp. Floor Street were quick to reply and very professional. My London Oak flooring arrived on time and was delivered with care.

We laid the floor ourselves after watching the ‘how to’ video on the website. We are thrilled with the finished result and will be buying more for the rest of the house.

The communication from start to finish was fantastic and the carpet – we were blown away! It was exactly as pictured and looks superb on our stairs and landing.

Having previously ordered flooring with another company and being let down massively to which I lost out on money. I was skeptical about ordering more with an online company. I was kindly assisted by Davinder when ordering samples of different flooring and again throughout until I made an order and even with my order being delivered today. It's the first time iv ordered off floor street but so far iv got zero complaints. I got a delivery date which was a date that we was unsuitable for us, but I used the the help email and got a reply within 4hrs to find a more suitable date. Sean was amazing. He has managed organize a date earlier than original. He made it super easy and was responding to my emails instantly. Fantastic service and will definitely use again.

I contacted the WhatsApp number on a Sunday afternoon looking for some help and was offered a lovely discount by Sean who helped me through with payment and sent me an invoice to pay after applying a discount. He was really helpful and supportive and I would definitely recommend buying from here as I got my laminate flooring and underlay for a grays price.
