After some confusion on our part with selecting the ideal flooring, Sean came to the rescue and sorted everything out. Prompt and friendly customer service which would instantly make me recommend floorstreet to anyone.

I messaged Floor street after 6pm, thinking they were closed and would get back to me the following day, although Sean got back to me straight away and helped us with what we would need for the order. We are total novices so had no clue! He was fair, quick at responding and very helpful. We placed an order straight away. The flooring market seems to be saturated and we had no idea who to buy from, so glad I contact Sean at Floor street after 6pm- thank you!!

I discussed flooring via whats app with Sean. He answered all my many questions promptly. Helped me work out the correct measurements and amounts needed. Also re underlay and beading . .I gave wrong house number .that was promptly corrected on the invoice .

I have followed Floor street on Insta for years. I got samples from at least 5 other online retailers and this was the only company who called me to arrange the flooring and fitting, this extra service from Davinder swayed me and I’ve ordered the dessert herringbone for the entire down stairs of our house 😀

Spoke to Sean over whatsapp to organise my order, he was incredibly helpful asnwering my questions and getting back very quickly. Have not yet got my flooring but customer service during the purchase journey was excellent.
