I was a little nervous as I have never made such a large purchase online before. I was pleasantly surpriised at how easy it was! The shipping did take a little longer than what I was told, but I kind of expected it might. I’ve had shoes take longer to ship, so overall I can’t complain too much about that. Will definitely come back for my future remodeling projects.

While ordering online was easy everything after tat wasn’t. I was told delivery would be in 5 to 7 days but it has been 19 days and I haven’t heard anything. Contacted the web page chat room and was told they would get back to me but have heard nothing. Crew was idled for days and now have no idea when the project will get started much less finished. Also found stair nose 15 dollars a plank cheaper at another outlet. Should have used them

We are sorry you feel this way but our flat rate shipping of only $149 no matter what the size of the order is quite cheap. Flooring is extremely expensive as it is a very heavy item to ship. If you look around you will see we are one of the cheapest flooring sites online if not the cheapest.

I had water damage in my house and had to replace half of my hardwood floor. The hardwood was a discontinued Mercier product. Floors Unlimited helped me obtain the product and at a reasonable price.
