Jennie was so helpful. I had bought some tickets and wanted to change them but wasn’t sure if I would be able to. I sent an email last on a Saturday night and didn’t expect a response until at least M... See more

Easy to find what I wanted. Competitive price and really flexible payment options.
Couldn't make our Kennedy Space Centre reservation because our cruise was late arriving into Port Canaveral, so completely out of our control. We let FloridaTix know about our late arrival as soon as we were informed by the cruise company, i.e., the day before the reservation, and they would not provide either a refund or a credit note.
I’ve used Floridatix for many years and have great confidence in them to provide a great, no worry experience at the best price. Will continue to use them for years to come. Highly recommend.
I had to cancel my booking, I was told I would receive my refund in 30 days time. A couple days before the 30th day I emailed to check it’s on its way to me to be met with vague replies such as “hopefully it will be there” etc… 33 days later after I finally receive my refund. I paid for peace of mind protection which ensures it’s back in 30 days and this was confirmed further in emails from the company to me. I had to chase up and email back a few times during this and when I requested a refund for the protection they completely avoided it and just told me they had paid me on the 12th of June. I cancelled on the 11th of may yet the invoice stated it was the 15th of may, either way I’m shocked they left it so late to pay me back when the protection I paid for meant I should be paid back within 30 days… they actioned it.. and they knew there’s handling fees.
Email replies are also vague and not always helpful.
Personally i would avoid. We bought tickets (with a protection guarantee for cancellation- things can happen you know- which was £50). We were then emailed the next day to advise they don’t offer protection guarantee and that this will be removed. We then requested a cancellation/refund as the purpose of buying tickets via this platform was due to them offering this cancellation protection giving the tickets were over £2,500, it’s a lot to lose if you can’t make it. Refused refund so have sent a reply back stating the above and that you can’t advertise to offer protection then randomly email customers the next day, just remove it then say no to refunds. Many customers look for this when placing orders of such a large amount. If no refund we will be requesting a chargeback as highlight to them in a reply email. By the looks of it, it’s a common theme issues with refunds throughout trust pilot. Many people may leave it but we will follow up and take the necessary action that is required to obtain our refund. - we will update TP accordingly.
Just returned from 2 weeks in Florida, tickets were easy to exchange, had no problems. Fantastic price, was very happy. Will definitely use company again and recommend it.
Ordered a 14 day Disney tickets with an Easter promotional code for a May holiday, arrived within 24-hours and linked to My Disney Experience with no problems.

I booked and paid £50 for’Peace of Mind’ cover.
I emailed to cancel my tickets to Universal Orlando. Didn’t receive a reply to the first email, sent a 2nd email which was replied to but advised it takes up to 30 days to receive a refund.
I’m only waiting for the £80 deposit to be refunded!
Not sure why their T&C’s state 30 days for a refund, surely it does not take that long to refund a deposit. I cancelled other aspects of the trip with BA/Holiday Extras and received refunds the next day.
Don’t bother with the peace of mind protection, you will be in for a long wait to get your money back.
Disappointing as have used them before without any issues at all.
We booked tickets for Kennedy space centre (KSC) and that evening a rocket launch was due. I’d heard that an extra fee was required to watch from KSC so rang up Floridatix to check. I was told “no, no extra tickets are required and you’ll have access to KSC all day up to the launch 7:45pm.
So now that I’d checked we decided on a late morning arrival as we had plenty of time. $70 each way for a taxi from our Orlando hotel wasn’t cheap. We arrived and went to get in and the guy on entrance said that KSC closes at 5pm and we can’t watch the launch from there. So we had only 5 hours to us when we were told we’d have up to launch (7hrs 45 mins) and now we’d have to get an additional uber to a venue to allow us to view the launch at an additional cost of $35.
I messaged Floridatix and they couldn’t give a sh*t. Basically shrugged their shoulders and said “you can go back if you wanted”. Didn’t take into account the costs of the taxis plus the ticket entrance of $216 so all in $391 for a reduced day and additional stress.
Their offer of a solution was a $55 dollar refund which was an absolute insult.
I’d never use them again. Absolute waste of space!
We fly out 25th this month all tickets have been sent to us and the company have been nothing but helpful and understanding.
Always use Floridatix. Never had an issue and customer service were superb when we couldnt find our tickets on our email and resent straight away and told us about different offers. Will 100% use these for all future tickets.
Florida Tixs is more expensive for a 2025 adult ticket than going directly to Disney if you don’t want a memory maker.
Shocking communication from Jennie. Sent me an email meant for another customer. Apologised for the error but ignored my request to cancel my booking despite me paying the £50 cancellation fee.
Penny was fantastic. Responded to my emails quickly and sorted rebooking our tickets so that we saved money. Can't fault the service!
Due to an ear infection, we had to cancel our holiday. As we had taken out cancellation protection, Floridtix refunded the ticket price without any problems.
They were easy to deal with, both by email and over the phone. Hopefully we can re-book our holiday and I will definitely purchase our park tickets ftom Florida tix.
Still awaiting a refund for a Not So Mickey Halloween party cancelled event due to hurricane Helene. Disney announced all customers would be refunded. It has been 36 days since. Their terms and conditions state 30 days for refunds. Claiming they can't refund until Disney refund them! Have been in touch with Citizens advice, will be taking further if necessary. Awful. Will never purchase tickets through this company again and wouldn't recommend in light of this.
Event at Howloscream cancelled due to Hurricane Milton - fair enough, can’t be helped and totally appreciative of that. Enquired about refund for the tickets due to the cancellation. However Floridatix reply was poor and curt saying that you can go any another night when I had explained in my email that wouldn’t be possible due to our itinerary - to which the response (eventually received) from Jennie at the customer experience team was “claim it through your insurance” as far as the customer experience goes - lousy and £90 out of pocket.
I was recently booking tickets for a trip away to Orlando with Floridatix. I had a few questions and was dealt with by Penny on the live chat. Penny was quick with all answers as I did have a few questions. Penny helped me with all aspects of purchasing the tickets which made the service very pleasant. I would go as far as saying Penny has been the best person I have dealt with by far when dealing with companies. Was a pleasure to buy from FloridaTix, Highly recommended.
FloridaTix provides fantastic customer service. The contacts I spoke to at FloridaTix had recently visited the theme parks and were very knowledgeable about them. They gave me help planning my Orlando holiday by providing information about the Genie + queuing system and help linking my Disney tickets to the app before I went. I even contacted them for advice about my visit to the Kennedy Space Center while in Florida via the 'chat box' feature - they emailed me back even though it was a Sunday morning. I am very impressed with this high standard of service - Floridatix definitely helped me relax while planning a holiday to Walt Disney World which was incredibly exciting but also a little daunting. Thank you FloridaTix, we had a great holiday and I recommend you to other customers. I will be purchasing tickets from you again next time I visit Orlando!
