i selected the option for the flowers to arrive betwrrn 0900 to 1500 but they arrived around 1800 / 3 hours late. due to this, the intended surprise was ruined. no prior heads up was given for the late arrival. traffic was also light that day so it was not excusable

Scam beware!!
Scam! Ordered the flowers on Dec 23rd for my grandma, and got an online confirmation that the flowers will be delivered the same day. Until now, after 4 days and Christmas has passed, my grandma still hasn’t received the flowers and they’ve never given me a date when it will be delivered or if it will be even be delivered. Worst customer service and waste of money. :(

Busy time - quality not the best
I know during the Christmas season are all very busy and all people want the order delivery on time. I am always happy of the service but this time was little bit different. I didnt get any response to my messages and the flowers were not glowing. So this time was not the best quality of flowers and best service at all.

Worst service ever!! They do not let you cancel orders for anything!!
I tried to tell them that I got the address wrong. They won’t change the address. I tried to tell them that no one‘s going to be there at that address for a whole week. They don’t care they’re still gonna send it there. I asked them just to cancel it and they just won’t cancel it. The only thing that I can understand is that I gave them a lot of money and they don’t want to lose that money. So now because of this, and they don’t wanna help anybody there’s gonna be some flowers for someone sitting outside of their work for a whole entire week before they can get to them thanks a lot

Flexible and Helpful Customer Support
I had to make adjustments because the recipient planned to go out of town on the delivery date, so I let them know and they were able to quickly arrange a better schedule. They were also able to make sure they can contact the person ahead of time and correct any issues with the number. Only 1 star deducted because it is a little pricy for the items themselves.

Lovely Tulips, but service fell short
The quality of the flowers was excellent. The tulips were fresh, beautiful, and came in a lovely vase. The bear was also a nice touch and overall, the product itself met expectations.
However, considering the premium price, the service did not fully match what was promised. The delivery did not arrive within the indicated time window, which is especially important for gifts meant to be a surprise. Because the delivery was delayed, my partner had to inform me in advance that a package was coming, which unfortunately ruined the surprise. Had he not done so, I would have missed the delivery entirely as I needed to be elsewhere.
The delivery window is stated for a reason, and when it’s not followed, it affects the entire experience. It also felt as though the order may have been overlooked initially and only acted on after multiple follow-ups, despite the fact that the order was placed weeks in advance.
Additionally, the ribbon attached to the vase as shown on the website was missing, which was disappointing given the attention to detail expected at this price point.
In summary, the product quality is great, but timeliness, communication, and order completeness need improvement. With better execution on these aspects, the experience could truly match the premium offering.

There should be a real time tracking…
There should be a real time tracking system, not just the auto reply "order has been received and getting process." i.e. order is on the way to the recipient. Because some are getting an anxiety not knowing the status of thie order. Are their order going to make it on time or delayed so they can plan better especially if it's a surprised gift.
