Don't use this company!

Flowers never received and my card was charge $90. The flowers were for a close family member's funeral. Very embarrassing for these to not have been received. Impossible to speak or chat online with anyone and am still waiting for a callback. Working with credit card company now to recoup the money.

This is a bait and switch operation

This is a bait and switch operation. I paid almost $100 for a specific type of arrangement in a cube and what was delivered was nothing like the photo - nor did it have the flowers that were noted in the photo. The arrangement delivered was a day late and looked like it came right from a bargain grocery store. It is truly shameful.

Ordered for a funeral and the flowers…

Ordered for a funeral and the flowers were never delivered. Couldn’t reach out to customer service and the chat option doesn’t work. Very disappointing and frustrating, definitely won’t recommend this site. I believe it’s a scam

Used Florists.com to have flowers…Delivery Fail

Used Florists.com to have flowers delivered for a special occasion and not only were they delayed by 2 days in delivery, but I had to chat with them 5 different times to get the replacement and delivery corrected. No one from either Florists.com or the local florist who was to fulfill the order call to notify me of the mishaps. Flowers were finally delivered, but they were droopy and looked like a rush job. Terrible experience. I will never use them again- nor their parent company, 1-800-flowers.

NO FLOWERS DELIVERED BUT CHARGED ANYWAY

Ordered flowers for my Uncle who is in hospice. They were not delivered the first day. Contacted the service- they said they would be delivered the next day. Again no flowers- meanwhile my Uncle has been given days to weeks to live. What a garbage service. I don't recommend using it at all. It is a SCAM.

Order came half missing, no compensation

I ordered flowers and balloons for my wife. Flowers look great but I spend a lot of money on the balloons and only got two balloons, one of which was without air.

I called, spent a half hour waiting on the line, only to be told they can't compensate me for the mistake and that they'll refund the value of the balloons. No compensation. Only willing to call my wife and apologize. I already did that. Gee thanks. Never ordering from this company again. Terrible service. No quality assurance.

Another disatisfied customer

Like many other reviewers, the service was terrible and the bouquet looked nothing like the website at all! Not only that, but the delivery was not made on my mother's birthday.. I don't know who received the order, but someone else somewhere has a "Happy Birthday" bouquet.. when I contacted customer service, they apologized and first sent a message that said it would be delivered on the 17th (10 days from original date)!! Then the representative apologized again and advised to disregard the message, adding the re-delivery would occur in two days. When my mom showed me what was delivered, it was the most un-"summer fields" bouquet I ever saw... two sunflowers, three roses and some baby's breath, some ferns.. that is all.. no balloons at all either!! I really wish they would allow us to upload photos of the items..... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Picture does not look anything like…

Picture does not look anything like what was delivered
I ordered a double bouquet with two mylar balloons. Recipient did not receive the balloons and the double bouquet looks nothing like what is pictured as the double bouquet on the website. See pic. After contacting customer service, they only refunded me 50%

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Ordered a birthday bouquet for my MIL

Ordered a birthday bouquet for my MIL. The balloon was deflated. The delivery guy delivered the arrangement upside down. The flowers were NOTHING like the picture and there weren’t very many flowers, even though I paid extra for deluxe. Would not use this service again. Very disappointed.

Should have read the reviews..

Should have read the reviews... Ordered flowers that never arrived. I was able to get a full refund via their chat and receive the email confirmation.
Next time I'll just overpay, with the usual suspects like pro flowers

Don't use Florists.com ever!

I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday that never arrived. I tried to chat with customer service which is apparently not open during the weekend, even though that's not posted anywhere on their website. When I did get in contact with someone the next Monday, they said they couldn't fulfill the order because there was no flower shop in the area that could do so. But no one reached out to communicate that to me. Then they offered to send a replacement bouquet that was half the price of the original order and offered to refund shipping. I could keep going, but bottom line is that their business practices suck and then they make it the customer's problem.

I ordered from Switzerland for delivery…

I ordered from Switzerland for delivery to my son's host family. In the afternoon, the flowers still hadn't been delivered, so I started to worry and went to read the reviews (I'd forgotten to check before and had trusted chatGPT, who'd given me this site)...which gave me even less confidence and I thought it was ruined... But to my great surprise, the orchid was finally delivered (I don't really know the time), in a beautiful arrangement, there were even 2 orchids and everything was perfect! So I thought I'd post a comment to say when it's good and we're happy!

Customer service is non existent

Can’t get ahold of anyone using website, chat option and no phone number. I called a number listed that I found at another site and said I had less than 1 min wait, 7 minutes later I hung up. I ordered flowers and balloons on 5/18/25 for a birthday delivery on 5/29/25 to a business location that closes at 5. At 4:30 still no confirmation of delivery and recipient had not mentioned it. I am disputing the charge and never ordering from them again!

Horrible outcome

I will never use this site. Yes the flowers came but they were NOT what I ordered for my 89 year old aunt in the hospital. I ordered an expensive vase of sunflowers. Her flowers did not have any. They looked like a funeral arrangement. The opposite of what I wanted. If they could not provide the sunflowers, they should have told me and not just take my hard earning money. Shame

DO NOT USE FLORISTS.COM

I, too, would like to give ZERO stars but that is not a choice. I am dealing with the SAME issues being reported over and over again. I get an email on the first day of the delivery window saying they tried to deliver and there was a problem but they will continue to try. Then the status shows a successful delivery was made the next day which it was NOT. Attempts to contact the company are thwarted. The email for customer service returns any emails as undeliverable. The phone numbers given are either not in service or answered by a person who barely speaks English and cannot help. The chat offered on the order page does not work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lies and Garbage

Wow! These people are a whole SCAM! The bouquet I purchased was NOT what was delivered for my best friends birthday. I called the local florist who delivered and they told me florists.com took more than 50% of what I paid and sent them the rest and they made a bouquet worth what they received. I was so appalled… ugh! Never again! Do not purchase from them…

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered my Mom some flowers for Mother’s Day. This is the first time ever that I have not celebrated Mother’s Day with her, so it was important to me that she receive flowers. The flowers were never delivered. When I called Florists.com to inquire, them confirmed that they were never delivered. When I inquired as to why they were not delivered, he said he wasn’t sure, but he could see that the flowers never left the shop. I will never use them again!
