Placed an order for a funeral plant, not arrangement

Placed an order for a funeral plant at 830 am Thursday for delivery that day with Ava Florist. Rec'd email around 11 stating needed more info. Took more than 1/2 hr. to speak w/a person who stated delivery not possible that day....couldn't cancel the order. Plant was not delivered until Saturday after 5 different phone calls. Offered a $5 discount for inconvenience.

Ordered different from delivered flowers.

Ordered an $85 Orchid Plant flower arrangement for my mom and what she received was a cheap looking arrangement nothing like what I ordered without the Orchid plant. Tried to contact Florist.com to complain and get a refund, or a redelivery of what I ordered, but email bounced back, phone number got a recording, and the chat button on their website doesn't work.

Update: I was finally able to talk to someone at Florist.com 800-356-7478 and get a 50% refund. They also offered to send another selected arrangement on their site. Still only giving them 1 star because of the disappointment, hassle and stress from ordering from them.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 2 weeks in advance to give plenty of time and avoid issues. My mom was home ALL week, but on the first day of the delivery window I got an email saying there was an issue but they would keep attempting until Mother’s Day. They do not respond to emails, their chat doesn’t work and there is no number to call. I tried daily to check in and NOTHING. Now Mother’s Day came and went and my flowers never arrived. I feel gutted and my mom didn’t deserve that. Attempting to get a refund but they are giving zero way aside from disputing the charge.

The worst flower buying experience EVER!

Bought a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mothers Day. I requested they be delivered Sunday. They delivered on Tuesday before. I ordered the most expensive bouquet with roses and beautiful flowers. Guess what she got carnations and ugly flowers I could not believe it. Of course I can’t get a hold of customer service. I finally find a number online, but they say they can’t find my order. I’m so upset! What a scam!!!! oh and to top it off, she maybe got eight stems of flowers in the bouquet. It looks like crap. I’ve emailed all the emails I can to contact someone with no answer. I want my refund!!!! I wish I could show you all a picture

The only reason it's 1 star review is…

The only reason it's 1 star review is because you can't give a zero. This company is a fraud!! I ordered from them last year for Mother's Day and the complaints are the same as all the others. Attempted delivery, will keep trying until its delivered, said it was delivered, made contact with them they say it will be delivered today ALL LIES!!! Had to cancel order. Unfortunately, a year later I didn't realize it was the same company and ordered flowers again from them for Mother's Day and yep you guessed it same exact BS just canceled again. Not only am I writing this review but I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau also as I recommend everyone do the same. I can't believe they are still open and allowed to do this after an entire year. I won't make the mistake again they are a complete FRAUD!!!!

Failed to deliver flowers to a funeral

This company is terrible. One of my closest friend's mother died, and I was unable to attend the funeral. I just received a call, seven hours after the funeral, that "We did not have anyone who could deliver to that location today." What????? You take my money, receive the address, and indicate that the flowers will be delivered, and fail to deliver them. Then you give me two choices: have them delivered somewhere else (like I believe that would actually happen) or receive a refund.

The flowers never came

Ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday. No flowers Saturday, no flowers Sunday. Called Monday and rescheduled delivery for Monday or Tuesday. No flowers Monday, no flowers Tuesday. Contacted Tuesday night, guaranteed flowers Wednesday. No flowers Wednesday. Thursday, gave up and asked for a refund.

You can't put 0 for a review, but that's what I would give. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. My order said it was delivered, but it wasn't. There is no phone number to contact flowers.com. I used the chat and they called the florist, which was already closed at 4pm. Their site claims to deliver until 8pm, but not if the florist is closed. They wanted to credit half of the delivery fee and try a redeliver. In the end, I asked for a full refund. What a waste of time! Do not use them!

It should be zero stars. The order was not delivered. The website wasn't helpful. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with customer service to get any information or a refund. That was a waste of $70 dollars. 🙄

Don’t get scammed by this company too

Ordered flowers through their website for my sister’s birthday. The flowers were never delivered. Further, there is no way to reach the company - a major red flag. There is no customer service phone number on their website and their chat function doesn’t work. Interestingly, the terms on their site mentioned 1-800 Flowers. So I don’t know if they are owned by them or if they just stole the verbiage from the 1-800 Flowers website but I’m guessing it’s the latter.

I ordered flowers from florists.com for my mom's birthday on St. Patty's day and did not see these reviews before placing the order. After seeing how low of rating they had I was super concerned that I got scammed. However, they delivered the flowers same-day and on time. The arrangement was a bit smaller than I had imagined and the florist forgot the two balloons I paid for. I chatted with customer service and they said they would redeliver everything by today - the 18th. Just got word from my mom that she received everything this time around and the arrangement was even larger! Overall, despite all of these negative reviews I felt as though I had to share my experience because Florists.com went above and beyond to make things right for me. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Nope..... order from someplace else

Definitely should have read the reviews first. They sent flowers, but the arrangement was not the large that I paid for. It doesn't even look as big as the small that they have pictured. The 2 mylar balloons are small ones on a little stick that they put in the arrangement, which I wouldn't even be so upset about that but don't charge me for big colorful bouquet and then send this itty bitty thing that I don't even know how the person making the arrangement would think this was okay. Of course, it's not letting me upload the photos.And then I tried to reach out to customer service and I keep clicking the button.Nothing happens.I clicked the button for live chat.Nothing happens.I sent them an email.We will see if they respond.

TERRIBLE FLORIST - Justflowers.com

Never trust your efforts to send flowers to this company! I wanted to send flowers as a surprise on my sister's birthday, March 1st. I thought they were a local company in Oregon. They willingly took my order on Friday, and only at 4 pm on Saturday, did they admit that they couldn't deliver, but requested my okay to deliver on Sunday, March 2nd. I gave my ok, and then late on Sunday they again said they couldn't deliver. This continued for 4 days, until I finally said STOP...just refund my $$. By then, I had researched and learned they are located in Los Angeles, CA....just attempting to get business off the internet in a very deceptive way. Save yourself the frustration / agony. NEVER use "Justflowers.COM"

Flowers arrived sparse and dying 2 days…

Flowers arrived sparse and dying 2 days before they were supposed to be delivered for Valentines Day. I contacted the florist who said they would redeliver the next week. 2 weeks later I receive a totally different arrangement that looks like supermarket flowers. Florist.com says not their problem, it took too long to notify them. How am I supposed to notify them if the flowers were just delivered. This company is a joke, no customer service. Do not waste your money with them.

Zero stars…..guess i should have read…

Zero stars…..guess i should have read the reviews! I found them on Rakuten, thought they were reputable. I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. I got a message the next day they had been delivered. When i talked to my friend, he said they weren’t there. I had to contact them through chat, they placed another order, this time to go to the recipients home since he had been released from the hospital. Again, delivery confirmation and no flowers. They claimed they refused me, I’ll have to make sure that happens. I’ve never written a review before, seemed like a good time to Start!

Ordered flowers for delivery

Ordered flowers for delivery. Not once, not twice, but three times the same order never got delivered. Scam website!!!!!!!! Contact customer service which is apparently only available through chat. They place a replacement order, which is obviously just fake as well. Correct address on everything.
