Bought for my daughter for xmas who lives 300 miles away. Says quality and sizing terrible. No shape to jumper. Nothing in parcel for return! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

These clothing sites should be avoided. They are a scam

The photos of this company's garments are completely misleading. What you see is not what you get...trust me. The quality of the material you reccieve is crap. Yet to see if I get a refund!!!

I ordered two sweaters only one has come at the moment and l was Very disappointed with it l thought l had got somebody's parcel it was nothing like the picture it was horrible l wish l had read reviews reviews before l wasted my money never again l recommend to my friends before it came they couldn't believe it but they said they would never order from floryday

Dress photo looked like linen, description said 100% cotton, turned out to be 80% polyester. Returns process was a nightmare. Will never order from this company again.

I finally gave in and ordered three items from Floryday as I've been seeing their site pop up in my ad for months. The clothes looked pretty, stylish but I wasn't convinced that the quality would be good, that old saying "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. Well it's true, the clothes arrived and they're truly horrible, nasty fabrics (I bought a knitted dress which turned out to be a nasty polyester print, hideous it is) so don't be fooled. The photos look good but the reality is that the stuff on this site is really nasty quality and the pics and descriptions totally misleading. And then comes the 'return'! Well I don't know if I'll ever get a refund as according to floryday, when I logged into my account with them, I've never ordered anything! Also I appear to be in a 'no label' country (UK) so nothing enclosed in parcel to enable me to return it. I've emailed them with the order number (which was in the confirmation email I received from them when I placed the order) so let's see if I hear anything.
Seriously, unless you have access to no clothes shops whatsoever, or live on a desert island then DO NOT order from this company.

I dearly love these clothes and nearly bought some.
I'm very disappointed to find you can't pay by PayPal.
Please correct me if I'm wrong..

I think this is a tremendous scam as they send you cheap crap and charge yay for delivery
They then ask you to pay more for returns which is very difficult
Only got a percent of total cost after we disputed via PayPal
They send u a cheap photo copied version of what u see on line
It is cheap and nasty
If you get an a item you pay above odds for delivery and then have to pay the return costs
Hence how they get their money
We should all refer to trading standards and get this scam business off the website etc etc
Please do not deal with them under any circumstances
If u are worried ask me and u can contact me
It is appalling they get away with it

I purchased what I thought was a lovely dress for £14.01 in total, including postage and packaging. When it arrived the advertised dress was total different, the measurements completely different and the hem was not level. I had a real battle getting my money back and managed in the end to get just over £11 back but this was after numerous e-mails going backwards and forwards. Now I know that this company is based in Hong Kong but they have an office in London and a distribution centre in Birmingham and Manchester so surely must have to abide by English law but I think this company needs to be investigated at a high level. I have complained to Facebook who do a lot of advertising for this company but have heard absolutely nothing, Trading Standards have been in touch and are investigating and I have sent the information to Watch Dog and Rip off Britain.
Please don’t put any purchases down to experience but take photos and measure the item. They are breaking the law if the advertised item is not the same as the one purchased. Let the people of Britain not condone rip of companies but complain and and get them investigated.

Straight to the charity shop with the item purchased, not that I think it is good enough for other people to wear but maybe better than putting it the bin where it belongs.

As with the majority of the posts here on trust pilot the product was shabby, of inferior quality and not the item displayed on the web site.

It does however go deeper than mis-selling their products. I note that my purchase does not show up on my previous orders when logged in to the site, in fact it says “no orders placed yet”. I did however screen shot the order at the time so I am not loosing my marbles. The company clearly are acting fraudulently to avoid returns and refunds. I now realise there was no email confirmation of the purchase.

In terms of the feedback on the site, they do not post the dialogue that you provide, when you click on send it gives you no option to cancel the 5 star rating that appears and this is the only item that is added to the individual product.

I note that there are entries on trust-advisor giving very positive reviews! I would be suspicious as to the source of these, after all I am sure the company will have people that can use a keyboard and post items with poor grammar and spelling mistakes.

The only saving grace was that I really liked five items but only purchased one to test out the company.

I bought a dress, looked lovely on the model. Never again. cheap material. looked awful. Yes, surprise, surprise, I had seen the same dress twice in the charity shop. The company stitch the customers up, by constantly thrown the advert on your face online browsers website! This company should not be allowed to operate. Should have a warning sign, with large RED cross over the advert. Please do not purchases anything, give your money way to good charitable organisation and pleased DON’T throw your money way on FRLORYDAYS

The dress I received wasn’t suitable so I tried to return it filled in return on line but impossible to send please be aware if you buy you will be stuck with cheap junk

Poor quality fabrics, come from China, a lot of computer graphics used I think as items do not look anything like the pictures. They took my payment 41 days before I received my items and when I returned them it took another two weeks to get a credit. My advice.... do not order from this company.

Extremely surprised to be writing this as have read poor reviews if Floryday. BUT decided to take the risk as so wanted this coat but was geared up for disappointment with quality and delivery. How wrong I was. The coat arrived within 8 days in good packaging. For a cheap coat the quality is good, nice fabric, beautiful colours and good finishing off - not tatty. My only concern is sizing. I am a size 10/12 but ordered 16/18 (L) for arm length and this proved to be a wise move as the fit is excellent. I am happy

These fake websites should all be shut down...the clothes are coming in from China which are complete tat and the photos they use are stolen from elsewhere on the web. I dont know how they get away with it!!! if it looks too good to be true it usually is!!! if there is only a contact form but no telephone number or address then avoid at all costs...this company is based in Hong Kong...that says it all!!!

I bought an extremly pretty-looking, colourful Floryday dress that continuously popped up on my screen. The very low price should have sounded alarm bells. I bought the dress only to be bitterly disappointed. The material the dress is made from looks very cheap and shoddy. I certainly won't be buying anymore of this nasty-looking tat.

This company is a scam,I ordered a coat and it looked nothing like the picture. I have returned it but it was such a Hassel.Will see if I get my refund if I don't I will be getting in touch with PayPal for a refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

The item arrived quite quickly but is nothing like the picture. The material is different, the colour is different, the cut of the top is different. It looks cheap and unfashionable. Really not happy with it but reluctant to send back as from what I’ve read since the returns procedure is not very trustworthy. I won’t be buying from them again.

Of my opinion the order process is quick and delivery average. I really didn't like the garments I ordered quality a bit to be desired. However the returns process is somewhat nothing that I had ever experienced. Sending the products back easy but no email to say they had received the items back, BUT now I have been billed for £10.01 for shipping cost????? You send them back to an address in England im sure their warehouse must be here so why do I have to pay the shipping cost surely that would be in the delivery costs. My advice be very careful would never order from this company again.
