Please avoid this company, the products look amazing on the pictures but the quality is absolutely terrible!. Even worse you can't return the items as it has an online form you need to fill in order to be able to return the item but the "form" has a tricky part where it doesn't let you add the order number or item code so without it you can't sent the form and you can't return your item.

I dont even want to give 1 star as the products are terrible. Bought 3 items and they were nothing like the photos. Material was thin and transparent, badly made, lack lustre colours and patterns nothing like the photo. Awful customer service and bad refund options. Awful company avoid at all cost.

Fraudulent company stay away . No numbers to contact them . They do not answer emails. Stay away

I wish there was the option of not leaving any stars for this company. I bought 4 dresses and a pair of sandals. The dresses are NOT the ones shown on the listing pictures, in terms of shape and a number of important details. So, their products are NOT genuine but possibly copies. The quality of the material is atrocious, thin see-through. So is the quality of the sewing. Likewise, not only the sandals materials were very poor but they send me the wrong color and size.

Floryday's website is useless when it comes to returns, it doesn't accept emails or passwords to sign in and start the returning procedure. The website offers free returns but their return policy says that the buyer has to pay the return postage to Hong Kong and even their telephone number in Hong Kong doesn't work.
It is an extremely bad experience and a total waste of energy, time, money.
In the next days I will report the company to the Citizens Advice Bureau Consumer Service, Trading Standards and any other organization which could help to stop these kind trading.

I would strongly recommend that you steer clear of this company. I ordered 4 items of clothing on 9th July, with amount taken from my bank account on 10th. They informed me that one of the items (costing £20.31)was not available and they refunded only £19.30 on 6th August. So for a £20.31 garment you only get £19.30 back. We returned the remaining 3 items on 13th August asking for a full refund. After numerous e-mails they eventually refunded an amount, on 9th Sept, that was less than we paid out. We asked for a breakdown of their refund calculations but they refused. In summary, their Customer Relations is atrocious, and their refund policy is a nightmare trying to get our money back.
Be warned.

Very poor quality product which I returned about six weeks ago.
I have contacted Florydays numerous times by email but they refuse to give me a refund.
On one occasion they said the refund had been issued, but that was untrue. An hour later they reverted to their standard answer that ‘the refund was being checked by their manager’!
A completely untrustworthy company I will never use again.

Found dress to tight over bust and requested return instructions which I followed to the letter with me paying return postage. Coming up to 3 weeks since return and contacting Florydays by their email system I have had no response to my request for refund. Never again, will write off as a hard lesson. Wish I had read reviews.

Poor quality, unable to log onto returns policy, looks like I have a purchase i am unable to wear as cant return, never sgain, stat clear and dont waste your hard earned money.

Absolute scam, do not waste your money. You do not get what is pictured, it is false advertising, horrible, cheap material and badly made products. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I don't understand how they are able to use false advertising like this, it's disgusting and a scam.

This in my book should not even get a one star this company is absolutely wow unable to say what i want with out being explicit.

Believe all of the other 1-star reviews and never shop with this company. The good old cliche applies here: if it looks too good to be true then it absolutely is. I'm kicking myself that I gave it a go. The low prices are enticing, but they are low for a reason. The quality is appalling and not anything like the style / fabric that is advertised. I returned my item only to still be waiting for the refund a month later. I guess they must be busy with all the refunds they are having to do given how shockingly poor the quality of the goods actually is. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If I had the option of no star, I’d go for it. FloryDay is the worst online retailer I have ever known. The quality of their products is rubbish and they do not give you the option to return the items and get your refund. I have completed numerous requests on the app and not received any instructions on where to send the items to. Please do not buy from this retailer.

I ordered a top - took a month and the quality cheap horrible viscose type stuff - poorly made and when i go to floryday site to request refuind - it is not possible as - no access to email and link not sent to inbox or spam

I ordered 3 dresses that looked lovely. When they arrived the only one I might wear was so small I couldn’t try it on and the other 2 were dreadful sacks made of the cheapest material. After getting nowhere I took the case to PayPal resolution who found only favour and refunded me.

Do not buy from floryday, their clothes and shoes are absolute rubbish, really cheap and nasty, poor quality, bad sizing too. The returns process is very long winded, obviously hoping that you won't bother, I did, but had to go through paypal in the end, as they kept robbing me off, saying it was a busy time for then blah blah blah. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Ordered the Animal Round-Neck Short Sleeved Casual T-Shirt, which I was pleased that it arrived reasonably quickly. However, my pleasure soon turned to total displeasure and bitter disappointment when I opened the package. In my opinion the T-Shirt is made of poor quality material and is very badly made and is really only fit to be used as a floor cloth - in short the item is utter tat. The sizing is completely wrong - I am a size 18 so ordered the size 20/22 and it barely fits. Furthermore, the price of the T-Shirt is ridiculous given that its value is probably no more than £1(I certainly wouldn't pay more than £1.99) and the cost of P &P is very excessive.
