Advent calenders

Ordered 2 advent calenders for my daughters 14th November.
I received speedy delivery 18th Nov of 2 advent calenders completely empty. Boxes but no goodies.

Contact company didn't want to know. Went through PayPal? Company made contact.
Told to cancel case through paypal and would get full refund.
Done this now saying they can't refund me.

So got 2 empty advent calenders and £49.98 out of pocket...

Avoid this company at all costs

If I could give zero stars, I would

I ordered an item at the end of October. Two weeks later, still no delivery—just repeated emails saying it was “in transit.”

I contacted them to ask when I should expect it, only to be told to wait another 7 days. After those 7 days passed with no delivery, I emailed again and received the same automated response telling me to wait yet another 7 days.

By this point (3–4 weeks after ordering), I was no longer prepared to wait and requested a refund. Instead of processing it, they asked me to check with the post office and confirm my address—something that should have been done long before.

After several back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to refund the product but refused to refund the shipping fee. I made it clear that the shipping fee must also be refunded, as I never received the product.

All money has been refunded but not without having further email correspondence.
My review still stands as the whole experience has been dreadful.
They Need to learn about customer service, setting expectations and not taking customers for granted

Very Poor

Purchased a sea glass friendship decor costing a total of £10.98.
It arrived minus the box, the ribbon was split and the writing was very poor.

I complained, only to be told it would be too costly to send it back would I like a replacement. I said yes but it must be a better quality and as shown, in a box.

Told replacement wont be coming with a box do I want a partial refund.
