Great service, flowers were lovely and arrived on time. The hand written note was a wonderful addition.

I have just received the most pathetic few flowers from this company for a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. The box they came in was 8"x4"x2" so you can gather how big the "bunch" was. Absolutely appalling with droopy flowers that were too small to even fill a hyacinth bulb glass. Truly the biggest rip off ever. Of course I wouldn't dream of embarrassing my daughter and telling her and that's exactly what this company hopes for! Goodness knows what she paid for this but I feel very sorry for her. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves

Ordered on the Wednesday (Mother's Day flowers), even contacted support as I forgot to add a message. That was sorted out for me and added. Suddenly late Thursday night, received an email saying order cancelled (of which I'm still waiting for a refund on). Not even offered an alternative as a goodwill gesture. First time trying this place and it will be the last, really poor service.

I saw this company on a review in a National newspaper. I’ve used a lot of flour delivery companies before and thought I would give this one ago. Not only was it cheaper than some of the other ones I have tried but I thought the flower range looked really interesting. I chose a letterbox flower arrangement and the flowers were from the botanical range. There was also a seasonal range as well as a colourful range. When I placed the order I was immediately contacted to say they had my order. the flowers were delivered exactly on time.They were in really good condition and were a lovely arrangement. My mum loved them. I would definitely recommend this company as not only did they deliver on time, but the flowers themselves were perfect.

My friend has remarked (and sent me a photo) the flowers still look great, two weeks after receiving. I was dubious ordering online but absolutely will use this company again

My friend was very happy with the vase and flowers and they looked so pretty

On first opening the flowers look pretty poor but once in water they quickly revive and are very long lasting.
I also received the vase which is the perfect size to display the flowers.

I love these posies and it was the perfect gift for my bestie. I ordered with the vase as its such a pretty gift. This will be my go to gift when someone needs a smile...just because...

Always a great option, for about £20 you get a perfect mini bunch of beautiful flowers including delivery through the letterbox! Every time I send one the recipient is overjoyed. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Simple but stylish little bouquets - good prices, efficient ordering and recipients happy with my choice

The recipient loved them, particularly because they weren't your standard bouquet - much more natural looking. They also had a beautiful scent. She said they gave her pleasure each time she looked at them! They took a while to despatch though so I wouldn't use if needed next day delivery. But very pleased with the delight from the recipient. Thank you. Will definitely order again

I often buy the letterbox flowers for a friend of mine and she loves them. They are always really pretty and they last for ages and they are excellent value.

Ordered flowers for a friend whose mother in law had passed away, paid for next day delivery. Order wasn’t sent out so chased it up, took 3 days to get a response so I said it’s too late as the funeral had been and gone and they are going away at the weekend please cancel the order and give a refund, no response, tried again the following day, no response, get a Royal Mail notification that they’re sending the flowers so tried again to explain i don’t want them coming back to dead flowers and again no response. Absolutely shocking customer service will never buy from here again.

Flowers arrived this morning. Paid £29 and that included the discount code, but flowers not as described. Looked like they were picked from my back garden. Not as per website. Won't use them again. Should have stuck with Bloom & Wild or Prestige flowers.
