I don’t know any other company that does small, sweet flower bunches, and I’ve sent them to many friends who have been delighted with the flowers!

Have used this company extensively and always been happy, but most recent order was delivered to the wrong/unknown address. Despite two emails including a photo of the delivery to the wrong place have had no response at all. My sick friend hasn’t had her flowers and chocolate and I am £28 out of pocket. My only recourse now is to go to my credit card company, but i certainly wont be using FlowerBe again.

UPDATE
Have just been contacted by FB apologising that they have not receeived my two emails and offering to replace or refund….i replied to their email and the email has been rejected!!! Clearly a problem with the email system! If you read this FB please email me again with an alternative email!!!!!

Lovely company. Flowers beautiful and would definitely recommend.

Everyone I send flowers to is delighted with the posy. They all express delight with the quality of the flowers and the length of time most of them last. My Niece usually sends me a picture of them, but both the other regular recipients are too old to do that. They simply write wonderful letters of appreciation.

I ordered flowers for my sisters special bday. They did not arrive. The postoffice said they delivered and left in porch, she does not have a porch. Flowerbe will not refund me or send further flowers they have been absolutely disgusting. I have lost money mo flowers NEVER USE THIS CO.

I love a mixed posy so was delighted to find Flowerbe when looking for flowers to send by post. It was refreshing to find something a little bit different - a shorter posy can be so pretty. The flowers arrived on time and my sister-in-law was delighted with them.

Delivered a day late due to Sunday. Both recipients loved their flowers. The flowers were still fresh 10 days later.

I volunteer for a cancer charity and wanted to send some joy a "guest*. Somehow I entered my own address by mistake. I received a TINY bunch of cutting with an almost illegible card. Fine for about £5, theft for £16, don't fall for it.

Terrible. I sent flowers to a friend and they were delivered to me. The company said that I had entered my own address which I had not. There must have been a problem with their software as I looked up and entered my friends address, so it must have defaulted to mine. No refund forthcoming just an email telling me it was my fault. Won't be ordering from here again.

Flowered delivered on time in beautiful condition. The flowers are still lasting from over 2 weeks ago. I bought this as a present and am really pleased that I did!

Order placed, money taken, but no confirmation/updates on the order were ever received. Customer service ignored my emails and messages through Facebook. I ended up going through my bank to get my money back.

A birthday gift for my mum who loves flowers but I wanted to send her something a bit different to you usual 'interflora'. These flowers (an i bought the vase) are beautiful. My mum absolutely loved them and said they smell gorgeous. She really was over the moon and the photos she sent reflected what I hoped she would receive. Great size, short stemmed, as expected, a great array of various flowers and smell lovely. Will be using again. And the gand written card adds that extra thoughtful touch. Thank you
