Disappointed
My delivery fell short of my expectation. The LARGE basket I ordered was dismal... Literally 8-9 stemmed flowers & foliage! A video was sent before delivery. Unfortunately I did not see it in time to stop the delivery & have it sorted at source. So... if you order, check your emails to make sure you're getting the standard that you paid for.
Having contacted customer service, I would commend Joan for her prompt attempt to fix this but the initial disappointment could not be undone.

I know I entered a different address…
I know I entered a different address for delivery for one of my two deliveries on the same day. I believe what happened was the system defaulted back to a saved address and not the one I entered for this order when the flowers I selected were no longer available. Bottom line they went to the wrong address, and no offer was made to rectify the issue.
I also ordered and paid for two boxes of candles but received only one. So not happy. Too many other options to settle for this type of service. Will be trying someone else next time.
