I ordered a flower bouquet and what I received was pretty small and didn't look anything like the picture on the website. I acknowledge that they responded very quickly to my email and processed a partial refund (that's the reason for the second star). However, they made it clear that the delivery met their standards, which to me is very low. I made it clear that I would never use their service again nor recommend it.
