Gorgeous fruit basket and good customer service

The customer service officer called me to clarify the address - I appreciate this because I’m ordering from overseas and I’m not certain if I’ve inputted the address correctly. The fruits basket I ordered was gorgeous and delivered well. Much appreciated.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Flowers were delivered to my relative in hospital within 4 hours of placing the order, were in good condition and matched the description given online. A question regarding the address was answered in minutes. 5 stars for this company!

1 month+ and still waiting…

Unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my staff on December 16 and gotten a payment confirmation email from Maya (their payment provider).

However, I had to follow up a few days later after not receiving any order confirmation email. I was then told that my payment had to be ‘verified’ even though it was confirmed by their payment provider.

After it was ‘approved’ by their finance team, I had to provide my personalisation details for my order, which seems like a pretty inefficient process. I should’ve been able to provide this at the time of ordering to avoid constant email comms.

After not hearing anything for several days again after Christmas, I was told there was it would be delivered 2-10 days only to find out 10 days later that they didn’t dispatch my order cos they were out of stock.

It has now been a month since I placed my order and I still have not received any delivery or tracking details.

If you don’t follow up with this company, you won’t get any updates on your order. It is truly a disappointing experience and has taken up too much of my time. Gifting should be an easy experience, not a chore.

At this point with no update or dispatch, it’s looking like it will be another 2-3 weeks at least.

Do I really have to wait 2 months for my order?
