It is not possible to report a negative Flowflex test on the NHS website as it does not have a QR code on the test. Consider this is you are buying the test in order to visit Hospital or similar

Arrived after a week, have been contacting them for almost two weeks to return the tests and get a refund, since they arrived so late, and can't get a response. SCAM!!!

We all realise lateral flow tests are in high demand but if you cant provide and deliver these then dont take peoples money - will report this company to trading standards

We purchased 4 rapid antigen tests online from an organisation named Confirm. This was in anticipation of a trip to Portugal two months down the line. The day before our flight we read the instructions enclosed and went online for our consultation to the company name emblazoned across the box: 'Hughes Healthcare,' a company related to Confirm. We were surprised to find that a further £24.99 was demanded for each consultation. Thats £49.98 in total, when we knew our original payment was for a service which included the consultation.
We have endured some of the worst customer service ever experienced in retrieving our money. Aisha Khan has attempted to hold onto our money at all costs, despite acknowledging that confirm is in fact co-owned.
She claims she has no record of our purchases when these are clearly documented in our bank statement. She also demands Order numbers which are nowhere to be found in our email history. We will now have to go the extra mile and retrieve our funds through the bank.

Used flowflex for our fit to fly certificates for myself, my husband and son. Very reasonably priced for three tests. Was a bit apprehensive about weather anyone would show to the zoom call however we were connected 5 minutes early and were all taken at the same time so saved 40 minutes which was great. Such a smooth process and the girl we had to guide us on zoom was helpful and patient while we had to get our 11 year old to do the test! The results were emailed within about an hour, we would definitely use again.

Such a smooth process, from the customer service at Flow Flex to the actual test itself. Arrived in plenty of time, had my test abroad, certificate within an hour! I had alot of questions and Aisha was always there to help and assist me. I will 100% be using them again!

The test arrived in a timely manor however the link to report the test was sent to the wrong email
I was eventually sent a link for the zoom but had 4 hours and numerous phone calls to get the report link which was stressful
If it had all gone smoothly I would have given 5 stars but the stress it caused
It was the sister company who do the zoom and certificate that were at fault actuall flowflex customer stervice was good
