Paul Lastra and Angel Thomas have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our mortgage journey. Even if I missed their call, they would always follow up with an email or message to keep me updated. If I couldn't reach them by phone, they always called me back. Fantastic customer service throughout!

James and Elaine were absolutely fantastic! Managed to secure a lower interest rate on my mortgage just as they started to increase. They were very efficient and helpful. They took all the stress out of the mortgage process very easy and straight forward! Can’t recommend them enough thank you!

My credit was really bad so I didn't expect to be able to get a remortgage, but fluent took on my case and found me a lender. Kaitlyn who was my case manager was very thorough and kept me up to date with everything throughout the process. Its also very handy to have the app where all documents and messages are in the one place. I highly recommend fluent money.

I employed Fluent Money for a mortgage application. I know technology has improved these types of processes but this was above and beyond. Every step you knew where you were in the process. Communication with the team was exemplary. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach. I wouldn’t hesitate in using their platform again. Just brilliant. Technology and personally, brilliant.

Joe R and Chantelle K at Fluent have been superstars helping me remortgage. I was quite anxious about it beforehand as I am self employed (and mid 50s!). But Joe looked tirelessly through all the options and found me the best deal for my quite unusual financial situation. It was such a weight off. Chantelle has also been great keeping me up to date and reminding me of things I need to do...which have not been very many. They took pretty much everything off my hands.
