Joe R and Chantelle K at Fluent have been superstars helping me remortgage. I was quite anxious about it beforehand as I am self employed (and mid 50s!). But Joe looked tirelessly through all the options and found me the best deal for my quite unusual financial situation. It was such a weight off. Chantelle has also been great keeping me up to date and reminding me of things I need to do...which have not been very many. They took pretty much everything off my hands.

Each advisor I spoke to was really helpful. They were very informative and kept me up to date. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Transactions involving personal money are very challenging especially when there are so many scams out there. I found Fluent Money to be both professional, patient and understanding and equally very good at communicating. Contact & customer service 5 star from us. And although our first choice of bank refused us, so we stuck with our correct bank, they have remained in contact and at the end of the phone for any questions or concerns we had. Special mention to Ejazul and Rhea who looked after us.
