Was kept informed at every stage of our mortgage application and answered all our questions and queries promptly.

AVOID AND GO DIRECTLY TO THE LENDER AT ALL COSTS - It will be cheaper and quicker and will avoid duplication. Everything I said to Fluent in my initial call then had to be repeated on multiple occasions when I could have just gone to the lender and not paid the ‘service’ fee. They also then added the product fee to the mortgage and I couldn’t change it, despite me saying I’d pay it up front on multiple occasions. The agent handling my case was especially useless and deceitful.

Genuinely outstanding customer service and support throughout. Erzan, my advisor, initially identified a clever solution that ensured my second charge was cost efficient. His selection of a Further Advance option made the entire transaction viable. Ryan subsequently acted as my Case Manager and progressed my case to a successful completion. Whenever I had questions, Ryan was always quick to respond and his clear knowledge ensured that the process was straightforward. I’m very grateful for the time that Ryan spent ensuring my case went through smoothly. I used Fluent for my first mortgage as a first-time buyer, and the whole process was made much easier thanks to their clear and regular communication.

They were consistently helpful in finding the right deal. At one point there was a handling error on their part (cancelled one deal before securing the next), but would still recommend overall since the situation was resolved in the end.
