I wasn’t expecting to love these as much as I do, but I’m really impressed. They’re that perfect balance of soft and supportive — fluffy enough to feel cozy, but they don’t totally flatten out when you lay on them. I’m a combo sleeper (side and back), and these have been super comfortable in every position.

They also have a nice cooling feel, which I really appreciate because I get warm at night. The fact that they’re machine-washable and made in the USA is a big bonus. For a set of two, the quality is honestly so much better than I expected.

If you’re looking for affordable, reliable everyday pillows, these are definitely worth it!

Great pillows! They are soft and I sleep way better with them! Very good quality. I definitely recommend. They are not too heavy and not too soft.

I got a standard pillow from it being on one of Oprah’s favorite list. I was influenced by how great it was and offers a full 30 day money back guarantee. I opened the pillow and couldn’t believe how flat it was. But I figured it give it at least a night. It was the worst nights sleep I ever had. The thing is awful. I ended up paying well over $70 which was a deal, shipping and other fees being like $30. The pillow was some “huge” deal they said . Anyhow I immediately contacted customer via email. They didn’t get back to me, so I emailed them again.
They told me unless my pillow was unopened in its original packaging I couldn’t return it .
They offered me to keep or donate the pillow and they would refund me $24.99. I accepted although I am still out over $50.
The return policy should clearly state that upon buying. It comes sealed and squished. There is absolutely no way to be able to test it without opening . Do not fall for this scam. I was very disappointed, was hoping to try their other products. But I’ll tell anyone and everyone don’t do it. Cheap ass item.

I purchased one pillow the Alternative Pillow (FIRM) Queen. Because I have neck problems, but when I received it, I found they had sent me the Soft pillow, very annoyed I got in touch with FluffCo and explained their error to which they apologised and said they would send me the correct pillow I had ordered, the FIRM. After a few days I received it with relief only to find they had AGAIN sent me the wrong pillow the SOFT one!! Again very annoyed I once again got in touch with them, I received one email in response. then my subsequent emails to them were totally ignored! So I am left frustrated and burdened with two pillows I did not order or want! This Company is NOT very honourable, and I will certainly won’t be ordering anything from them in future!!

I can see why some of the negative reviews are saying that these pillows are flat, but that is only if you are using one at a time. When you put them together it is literally the perfect pillowy cloud that your head sinks into just right, I have had the best nights sleep since using these!

If you like a pillow that is super soft then you’ll really like these pillows! I ordered them off Amazon and they came super quick! They really do feel like a hotel pillow.

Very disappointed in pillow itself as neck issues got immediately worse. Company does not honor warranty on webpage and offers 50% of $59 cost of pillow (excluding extra costs that brought total to $79). They are very slow to respond to emails, I assume to get past the 30day "warranty" so buyer gets nothing.

Update - Fluff responded to emails. Discouraging to read comments like be aware the refund offered on website is not accurate) I accepted their partial refund offer - got $32 back (incl shipping etc I paid $79)

Love these pillows!!! They’re so amazing and truly like you’re at a hotel!!! Not the best for stomach sleepers they’re pretty fluffy but other than that they’re great!

I’ve ordered pillows and pillowcases on November 17th, the website states that delivery is between 7-10 days which is acceptable. Got sent a confirmation of my order and the day after a shipment confirmation and tracking number. All good you’d think. NOT!! Been trying the tracking number since then and it’s not found. Cheap sake shipping company Yunexpress and no trace of my order. I have contacted FluffCo several times and they keep responding with the same answer each time. No help at all. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and there is still no trace of my order. They are also refusing a refund as they keep saying the items are shipped. Well FluffCo, why is there no trace anywhere from my order. AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! My advice, stay well clear.

I have not used the pillows yet, since they are to be a gift, but I can definitely rate the service.
i ordered the pillows one day, noticed from the conformation that I had failed to indicate the correct firmness for the pillows. I immediately sent an email to the company to correct my mistake. I got an automated response right back. Within the week I received a human response and the pillows! Great service.

Malfunction within either Fluff or PayPal program did not give me chance to review all charges including shipping .

Wrote to Fluff and this morning I learned they are issuing me credit for shipping .

I started a order. They have no cart to open and see the total cost, The pillow cost was $49.95 when I started the purchase it went to over $100.00 including taxes and shipping. I cancelled the purchase as I felt they were overcharging for additional profit.
Fluff.co replied to my reveiw which is good. But the website is the same and I have no order number as I cancelled it based on the facts in my review. They may have a good product but be careful with the purchase process

My new pillows have helped me sleep better and helped relieve my neck. In fact, I ordered another pair after using them one night. There was an issue with the second set, but customer service rectified the matter with efficiency and generosity.

I was trying to order a sleep apnea pillow. this was a substitution. I do not accept. I emailed to arrange a return/ refund.
No one called me or reached out after several days. I got an email. no returns if opened. I expect a refund. Product not as
advertised.
